Poor customer service. The lady with the black hair is very rude, short, rushed, and matter of factly. Her “not for us” (her exact words) attitude is disheartening. I have no problem with my jewelry not being of interest to them but the way she handle customers is rude. I should have known prior to coming because the previous day I called she was the exact same way. I went to a jewelry store prior and had an appraisal done on my ring and found out it’s worth $7k. So let’s be clear I wasn’t coming with anything cheap.Maybe needs to attend some sort customer service seminar!

Very disappointed in timekeepers. I referred my friend there to get an old pocket watch fixed. They had the watch for 2 weeks and all they did was steal all the components inside and switch it out with another watch. Thank goodness that we took pictures of the watch before we dropped it off. We were able to get the original parts back still not clear if we got all the gems back though. I would never ever take anything of value to this place. They completely ruined my friend's Christmas present. All they are is a pawn shop in the heart of Clayton. They should be shut down. Very dishonest people run the place. I've warned you! Don't ever take anything there!

I came here to see if they would be interested in my jewelry. I had more than enough documented information on them. The lady I spoke with was very rude, short, and honestly unhelpful. She said barely two words to me. I asked what they would be willing to take it for, and she insisted I give a price on what I wanted. I threw a number out and she pushed my documents at me and said “not for us”. My problem is not with the business. Just the poor customer service. I would not recommend selling here.

My wife and I have been to this store multiple times. The people we met that work there are extremely knowledgeable about vintage watches, in particular Pocket Watches. They have always treated us with great respect and been extremely friendly. We have sent multiple pocket watches for cleaning and repair. We have also purchased some vintage estate jewelry at a very reasonable price. They are one of the few places where you can find vintage Atmos Clocks. I was also very impressed with their selection of vintage jewelry and watches to choose from. We trust them with heirloom items we would not bring to anyone else. It is worth the drive to check out their store if you get the time.

The only place I go for maintenance and batteries for my watches. These guys know what they are doing so I never have to worry about things like my watches' waterproofing being damaged when they open them up. From my low end watches on up to my Tag and Breitling, I feel confident here.
