I was on highway 61 today going north through windsville, this truck came up on my tail. I was driving in the right lane, so close. I had to put on my hazards, and let my vehicle slow down to our normal speed. He stayed on my tail. I continued to go straight and slow down gradually. I could literally see the reflection of my car and the chrome grill on front of the old rusty dirty truck.He was driving completely dangerously.I had my twelve year old in the car with me on the way to school. This is not made up. This is not exaggerated, whoever was driving that truck. This morning, not even ten minutes ago, is a very dangerous driver

I purchased a new construction home that did not have sufficient insulation blown in over the front bedroom and I did not catch this at the time of purchase. I did reach out to the builder who put me in contact with Thermal Concepts. My appointment was originally scheduled two weeks out but when I called, I not only heard immediately from the Manager but I then received a call from the Owner who sent a team out the next day. They were extremely apologetic, fixed the problem as soon as it was brought to their attention and the entire experience was excellent. While it was unfortunate this occurred in the first place, I am so impressed with them taking care of this immediately and being so professional and kind from the Owner, Manager and crew who came to take care of this. Everyone makes mistakes and my experience with Thermal Concepts in correcting this issue was outstanding from start to finish.

We spent years remodeling our master bath in order to ensure it was just what we wanted. As we had time and money, we progressed. One of the last touches was the glass to enclose the shower. Because our progress was so slow, TCHP had actually come out and bid the glass in 2017, but it was 2021 before we were actually ready. They came back out and gave another bid (surprisingly, the new 2021 bid beat the 2017 bid). Once we got the bid, we had questions, and TCHP responded quickly and with detailed, thorough responses. After we accepted the bid, the installation went smoothly. The finished product was just what we wanted. We added a special treatment to our glass (which does cost more) that helps prevent water and soap spots. We were shocked at how well that worked. It's had several weeks of use, and there still has been no need to wipe it down. The glass remains entirely clear and clean. The best part of the enclosure is simply how well it works. The door swings both ways which adds important versatility, and it stays where you want it to stay. It does gap open or swing closed. It fits tight and water does not get out. As for looks, it looks just like how we hoped it would look. It keeps the room feeling open and sunny. Even my son (who rarely expresses a view on home improvement projects) commented that this enclosure was well worth the money. I agree entirely. Couldn't be happier. I think you will be too.

We were in a tight jam needing to replace a shower door for a reno that was way past the initial completion date and well past the budget. We met with Louie in the showroom of their store and in a very short and smooth process we had the new doors installed! Shout out to Louie and Tom the installer for their excellent work getting us back in business!

The company was very tentative and responsive. Polite sales team as the installers who did my work. If you need insulation, Thermal Concepts is the way to go!

We had an excellent experience with Thermal Concepts. We needed shelving and a mirror, they came out and measured everything for free. Once we got the bid and accepted it the work was done less than a week later. The pricing was great as well, much cheaper than our other bids.

The guys were very friendly , I had to run to work while they were insulating my garage when I got back there is a large oil stain in the driveway of my three-month-old house , there is also so much oil in the street the neighbors came to my door and were asking me where it came from , I emailed the company hoping they would have a resolution and they told me (USE DAWN) . Wow thanks a lot now I am stuck with a brand-new house with a oil stain right in front of the sidewalk and a huge mess in the street to clean up not to mention They used my ladder and left it out . I would definitely not recommend this company .

I've worked with Thermal Concepts both for insulation and shower doors. Vance was beyond helpful each time. Best part is, they stand behind their work. I just had them out to look at an issue with my shower door and they took care of it to my satisfaction. Could not be happier with their products or services.

Vance was awesome. He gave us great price on a very high end shower enclosure and was very easy to deal with. Nathan our installer did a excellent job and paid super close attention to detail with the install. They even came back out and addressed and corrected an issue that was not even there problem. No questioned asked. Seriously Thermal Concepts is a top notch company who values there customers and does a great job!!! Well done boys
