The best part of working with the Porter Group is that you can genuinely tell they care about what they do and getting you into the right home. We worked with Kim Jones who was incredibility attentive to what we were looking for and with details that as first time home buyers didn't always know about. When closing on our home both she and Lauren Storm were proactive and highly communicative with everything step of the process, and alleviated a lot of stress that can be felt with the home buying experience (even after close). If you are looking to buy or sell in St. Louis you will have the highest quality experience with the Porter Group.

We had the pleasure of working with Kara and the Porter Group to sell our home. If we could give 10 stars we would. Kara was exactly what you'd hope for in a realtor--professional yet so personable, always on top of things, not afraid to take on a challenge and ultimately looking out for our best interest. The whole Porter Group team was wonderful. Monica and Lauren were quick to communicate and took care of all the transactions and closing details seamlessly. From help with staging, quality professional photos, a cleaning crew and a well thought out home description, the Porter Group put us in a great position to sell our home quickly. Would not hesitate to use them again!

My husband and I were first time home owners and sellers. Everyone at The Porter Group made everything SO easy and straight forward. All members of the team were in seamless communication with us regarding all the paperwork and appointments. We were taken care of so well - we did a walk through of our home and Kim and Monica helped hire contractors to fix up things that needed repair and/or repainting, which was such a relief and headache off of us (!!) They helped affordably stage our home and it looked so much more beautiful than we could have hoped! Julia helped set up appointments for closing. We felt heard through the whole process. All questions were responded to in such a prompt and timely manner. Everyone is incredibly helpful and even after we were out of state for the closing period, members of the team helped clean up odds and ends and shipped mail that had not been forwarded to our new address. It just goes to show how above and beyond The Porter House is as a team! I would gladly and highly recommend Kim Jones and The Porter Group to my friends and family!

Kim was excellent, walking us through each of the houses, encouraging us when the process became maddening (we had to go through 14 houses!), and explaining to us the complexities of it all simply and clearly. We were so thankful to be able to go through the process with her.

Buying a home after my divorce in a difficult market was scary to say the least! The folks at The Porter Group made everything easy. Julia was in constant communication with me regarding all the paperwork and appointments. She often responded to my questions within minutes. That girl is on top of her game! And then there's Kim. Kim Jones understood that this was an emotional move for me and showed me such compassion and care throughout the process. I had no doubt that she had my best interests at heart. She was patient and kind and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect house and navigate the difficult market. The sellers' agent even complimented us on how immaculate our offer was! The phenomenal care didn't stop on closing day. Both Kim and Julia have checked in on me. Kim has shared recommendations for amazing service people and even made a few appointments for me while I was out of town. I highly recommend Kim Jones and The Porter Group. Their attention to detail and the care they show to their clients puts them above the rest.

My husband I were first time home buyers and we felt VERY overwhelmed by the whole process. I originally spoke to one realtor (with another company) and told her what we were looking for and she basically told me I wasn't being reasonable and told me all of the things I should be thinking of. I then asked around and a friend recommended Reese, so I gave him a call and gave him the same information I had given the previous realtor and he said, "Great! We can do that!" Kara worked with us to find the home we wanted. The first house we looked at was everything we wanted, but it had an offer on it and she told us to look around and let her know what we loved and didn't love about the home. We left feeling disappointed that we may not get the house, but she told she would see if they were open to other offers and YES! They were! Within 24 hours the home was ours. It was a whirlwind and Kara helped every step of the way. She answered my millions of questions and helped me understand the process every step of the way. I cannot recommend Kara and The Porter Group enough!! They are fabulous!!
