Definitely amazing experience! Also had a calming room that was one family at a time. It is great for individuals with sensory needs. The bean stalk was super cool!

This place was huge. Incredibly interactive, realistic, & educational. All of the staff were helpful, informative, & kind. It even had activities for our older kids to enjoy!

I always feel like I need to pay it forward with a Google review when I depend on them heavily while traveling with kids! The Magic House was well worth the visit while we were in STL on spring break! For our family of 5 (ages 1/3/5) it was $70 and we could’ve hung out all day.We did the City Museum the day before Magic House and being at Magic House felt like a breeze in comparison for supervision. ? They have staff in almost every room and seemed very on top of looking for kids separated from caregivers. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a parking lot before you take a right into the parking lot of the actual House that connects to the entrance. I would suggest parking here as it’s a shorter trip (up a staircase) than making your way from the parking lot. The little cafeteria was ideal for an eat in lunch and the deli sandwiches were delicious (not just saying that). Lots of folks brought in their own meals. Random, but I also appreciated that they had restrooms in most transition spaces between exhibits and water filters to refill water bottles.Well worth the stop if you want to make the 20ish minute drive out to visit.

I love this place so much, especially as a member. There is so many things that you can do here and the best part is,is that your whole family can have fun and enjoy being there. The place sometimes gets a little bit to crowed but I would definitely recommend coming here. I also love how in some places it looks like a little town. I also love how the outside of the place looks like a huge house but really inside its a fun and exciting place to be in. I will definitely be coming back here SOON!

I think it was worth it! So much things to do and see and not enough time. My kids loved it and will definitely come back! If you have kids that love to play and explore, you should add this to your must visit place in St. Louis.

This is a fun and educational place with plenty of activities for all ages. While there is an emphasis on younger children activities, many activities can be still fun for older children. There are also other activities that are clearly targeted to older children. There are a number of activities and areas to choose including traveling exhibits. They also include some detailed explanations on the science that makes it all possible.Membership is a bonus and highly recommended. Once in, most everything is free. We go throughout the year and have noticed weekends and summer to generally be the busiest. Even when busy, there is still ample parking and space to play without long waits. If you have not been, make sure to stop and be prepared to easily spend a few hours. It is definitely worth the trip and fun for all ages!

We had a blast! 5 kids 11 and under. There was something for everyone. There's ample parking, clean restrooms, fun for all ages and a cafe with seating. Bringing your own food is permitted. There is a separate play area for toddlers and young children. There are 2 levels and outside educational zone. I only posted a picture of one level to give you an idea of what is offered.Tickets are reasonably priced and family season tickets are also available. Purchase online so you don't have to wait in line!I highly recommend this place for a fun and educational hands on play date with your kids and grandkids.

Had a wonderful experience here! I took my brother and daughter for her birthday on a weekday and the parking lot was very full. I thought that may mean longer waiting times but I was wrong! We got in and bought our tickets and were free to roam with many exhibits open and very little waiting time for any of them. I didn't realize there were two halves of the building until we were on our way out LOL. I spent about 3 hours here total and could have easily stayed longer - we didn't even explore all that was offered! So there is PLENTY of stuff to do and you can easily enjoy hours with your family here. Plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area afterwards or spots for sweet treats very close by. My child and little brother really enjoyed themselves and I'm happy something like this for kids is in the area. There is also lots of activities for different age groups and a toddler friendly playground zone inside!

Brought the kids to St. Louis for a little trip. I lived here when young and the Magic House was a fantastic way to spend the day. Haven't been back sice the huge expansion and it is amazing. I have a range of ages and everyone enjoyed themselves. We went in a busy Sunday and there were enough stuff to look no one really had to wait long ro try something. We even got a snack and were pleasantly surprised with the fresh sandwiches we had. Not the usual subpar junk like a lot of your typical attraction and the prices were desent. A great job all around! So much to do, see and learn. Thanks for a great day.

This place is a very cool place to visit with your child. It seems to be a little smaller than I remember or maybe there is construction going on but it seemed a little small. I would probably see if there’s a way to get a discount next time full price is probably not the best idea. Also seems like a lot of administrative offices nowadays I wish they would move those to a different building and just utilize this for children play only. All in all still an awesome place.
