cant say a single good thing other than the rent not being crazy high for the area. The trade off is that the roof caved in, filled with water, AC went out several times, and the heat/cold regulation was asinine. Elevator was broken for like 7 months, only 2 dryers ever worked, things got stolen from the mailroom often.

Great Location. Great views!!!! I call it my lil beachfront Suite with the sunset views (just without the beach ? lol). Lots of shops and restaurants(CWE). If there’s an issue maintenance is right on it. Manager is great ?? he responds very quickly as well. The best part My favorite Artist happens to be Leonardo da Vinci ?

Management couldn't be bothered about the residents. Our elevator has been broken for 2 months now and we live on the 9th floor. 2 weeks ago after not being able to hold off any longer on laundry, I was forced to drag my stuff all the way down from the 9th floor to the basement, only to discover just 1 out of 3 washers works and was already in use. Had to drag it all back up and come back down at midnight. It took 10 trips up and down the stairs and over 3 hours to get my laundry done. As of today, neither washing machine nor elevator has been fixed. Additionally, the building is poorly insulated. Our electric bill went from ~80 bucks/month in the fall to almost 300 because of this. This has become unbearable and it's worsened by the fact that management is mostly unresponsive. We will be following up with a lawyer.

Moved here because friends were in the building, but the management is terrible. I live on the 7th floor and the elevator has been down for over 50 consecutive days now. The lease is ridiculous, and they try to nickel and dime you at every turn, not approving your rental insurance to pay for theirs twice the price with no coverage for your personal belongings. Don't get roped in with these people. Asprient, STL CityWide, Central PM, doesn't matter they are owned by the same gentrifying owners.

When I first moved in 2 years ago it was a change in management for City Wide.. the phone never got answered, property managers were hard to reach, things never got fixed. Since then, a more efficient way of getting things done has been implemented. We can now put in work orders through our portals. It is also easy to reach my now property manager Abigail. I can reach her by phone, email, or text at any time. As soon as she sees it, she will contact me back. She is always on her A game. Even when she is sick, she was there for me without an issue. Our new maintenance guy has been working like crazy giving us our monies worth by keeping the appearance of the building clean, lighting properly illuminated, bushes trimmed, and weeds plucked. I dont know how he does it. The management team we have on both the property management side and maintenance side, jo and Charles, have been doing a great job turning our property around. So great that I am going to renew my lease...again.

I wish that I could give this place less than I 1. Everything about this experience besides my property manager. He kept me sane and did everything He could to accommodate for the AWFUL upper management. Seriously, never move here, the elevator never works, my dish washer never worked and was supposedly fixed multiple times. When I moved in it had not been clean. There were insect corpses everywhere. They painted my bathtub with real paint so it chipped off everywhere and messed up the drain that never worked properly. The list never ends.

I wish I can give them zero star but I have to give them atleast 1 to bring their reality to the innocent people who get trapped by this unethical management of Leonardo apartments. My friend on my behalf went to see the apt when I was moving to st. Louis . I didn't like the place much because bedroom was shabby and had very dirt worn out carpet, i told i want only wooden and we rejected the apt. The manger named Matt texted us that if if I sign the lease today they will change the carpet to wooden and we paid the security and signed the lease. the day i arrived in st. Louis with a u haul and called this liar, he didn't pick the phone in first place and after hours of struggle, he gave us the key and immediately left us outside the building by telling the apt no because he knows his reality. Forget about changing the carpet, it was the dirtiest apt I ever saw. burnt oven, broken counter tops, spider webs on the utility closet. I was really mad and he never picked the call and just texted us back, it is long weekend and we will clean it by next week. I had to search a place to stay outside with the U haul I was carrying. he called me after 4 days apt is ready. Nothing much was changed except little bit cleaning of floor. I wanted my security back, then I saw their real monstrous faces. That high school dropped out Matt told me I am an international and I don't know the rules of this country. Their female manger tried to convince me and when they realize I am not taking this apt. they asked me to pay for $2700 for 3 months and if i don't pay they will fire my credit history, no bank will give me loan. I took the pictures of the dirty shabby apt and contacted the lawyer because I had all their fake promises in my phone and the lawyer assured since the management know what they have done they won't do anything to harm me, if they try to do anything with my credit history we will sue them. They called me and kept bugging me for three months rent but I ignored them. It was really a disaster, I would strongly recommend stay as afar as possible from this lairs. Their are many reasonable places in St. Louis in much safer and beautiful communities

Don't live here. Every apartment complex is going to come with problems, but take your money else where. I can't even begin to explain all the issues I've had with this company. They don't care about their tenants at all. Let's start with the doors and gate locks. They don't always work. In the winter the gate door freezes and will not open, so someone like me who works nights gets to walk through a dark alley alone. The side door lock has also multiple times stopped working so again you get to walk to the front door. The elevator is constantly breaking down, so don't live on the 9th floor like I do. Oh also my bike was stolen after been locked onto a tree (lol no, there aren't bike racks) and locked in the gated portion of the lot. I understand these things happen, and notified the building manager so he could warn other tenants. Don't worry, he didn't tell anyone and then another tenant's bike was stolen a week later. Now let's talk about the apartment itself. My door frame is dry rotted out. My fridge broke down four times without any compensation. I had to demand a new fridge because four times is absolutely ridiculous amount to just keep rebuying groceries. Oh and my A/C has broken down 3 or 4 times. Tonight as I write this because I've had my final straw. It's almost 90 degrees in my apartment, and though they have 85 degrees listed as an emergency temperature for inside, they have informed they will not be doing anything until the morning.Other issues I just thought of:-The ceiling outside my apartment constantly leeks and the solution for the 14 months I've lived here is to have a trash can catch the water (don't worry, I have pictures).-Maintenace constantly sends messages that they will be coming by to do different maintenance tasks like check the air filters, check the fire alarms, etc. Twice they have sent these and my partner or I have been home the entire day and no one ever came to actually do the job. Very curious how often they actually do it.To sum up: don't live here. Or anywhere this company owns (Central PM, for those wondering). I have many other college friends that live in much better (and cheaper) places in the city.

I didn't live in this building but I dealt with the management (Asprient Properties, now called Stl Citywide). I strongly recommend you don't rent from them. Do your research before renting!
