  cant say a single good thing other than the rent not being crazy high for the area. The trade off is that the roof caved in, filled with water, AC went out several times, and the heat/cold regulation was asinine. Elevator was broken for like 7 months, only 2 dryers ever worked, things got stolen from the mailroom often.

  Great Location. Great views!!!! I call it my lil beachfront Suite with the sunset views (just without the beach ? lol). Lots of shops and restaurants(CWE). If there’s an issue maintenance is right on it. Manager is great ?? he responds very quickly as well. The best part My favorite Artist happens to be Leonardo da Vinci... read full comment
