I’ve had the pleasure of using Mr. Cooke 2 times. The most recent was with a felony case in which I moved to a different state. He not only had the court proceedings pushed back to allow me time to fly back to town, but also got my SES recommendation changed to a SIS which was extremely important for this chapter of my life I’m in. He is a very good attorney and he’s willing to work with the average working person in need of legal representation.

I highly recommend Brian. I've been friends with Brian since before he became a lawyer, and am very satisfied with his services. I have witnessed the level of effort he puts into his cases, which I don't think can be matched by some of the larger groups out there. He fights for you and and works with you to ensure that you get the best possible outcome.I have always been impressed by his knowledge of the law, the effort, and creative options that he puts toward resolving a case. My son had a public defender (pretender) who was trying to shove 15 years down his throat. Thank God we got the money to hire Mr. Cook. Within about 9 weeks or less, he knew the case inside and out. My son ended up with 5 years probation! Quite the difference from 15 years. Of course not every case is the same, but I can say, he does his due diligence, and knows the law very well!! Best lawyer I have ever known. I rate him at the highest possible level.

Took care of mine and my wife's felony cases got my charges dropped and probation reinstated he's super good my wife got sis probation so her charges will go away now and he didn't charge me a million dollars ill use him again hopefully won't have too!

Excellent attorney doing his best, 100% of my frustration or anger is due to the way an innocent person is innocent till proven guilty but since I've been innocent in the courts eyes I've spent 14 days in jail lost my job, lost everything i own, lost the right to contact my wife of a quarter century, will be required to spent a couple grand on fees, monitoring devices, can't have my vehicle clothes or basicly anything unless i spend money i dont have to beg a judge for my right to a fair trial. Copies of police reports aren't free for the innocent. The list of wrongs just grows everyday. Once i prove my innocence i get to explain a gap in employment to an employer and hope i find anything close to what i lost before a unrealistic prosecutor charged the victim and the judge gave the house and everything in it to the abuser. Rant complete, thank god for Brian Cooke my attorney i would be totally lost in the cracks of justice if I'd not found his counsel .
