The best Hand Carwash / Detail shop in town. Each time I bring my vehicles' in for a handwash/detail service - my vehicle looks like brand new! Clean, pristine and shiny! The entire Experience Hand Carwash & Detail team are very professional, personable and go above and beyond to provide quality customer service with a smile. They listen, perform quality work and car about their customers. This place can't be beat!

I was referred to the 9734 Manchester location by Tom of West County Volvo because that's where they take all their showroom cars. I scuffed up my paint. Roger took a look at it, grabbed his colleague from from ProCar Autobody next door. Between the two of them my car came out looking the best it ever has in a mere three hours for a very reasonable price that they sorted out between the two of them. I don't live in St. Louis but I'll probably just schedule visits with Roger when I am in town. Highly highly recommend.

Thought maybe there might of been some confusion the first time so we had to have a second experience, which without a doubt was As bad of an experience as the first one, The elderly detailers we're obviously worn out or overworked by the lack of management,There in ability to listen to our needs not only affected the poor job but resulted in us getting overcharged, obviously new to the business we have to call this a bad experience

I never thought I'd be a person to pay a monthly fee for car washes but tried it out for the grand opening and it is an absolutely marvelous car wash. Worth every penny

do not support this company! they created a sister company because of their negative reviews from those who purchased their groupon deals. they are doing the same crummy job under the new business name if you purchase the groupon deal. then if you complain they do nothing. if you leave a negative review they attack you, your family and friends. worst part is they target military families then call you racist.

Professional and the owner was very nice. I dropped my car off and he offered a ride to drop me back off at work until they were done and to pick me up but i had someone to bring me back to get it. My car looks amazing, smells amazing, and they gave so much attention to detail. Thank you staff.

SOOOO upset after my experience with this company!!! The gentlemen that came out to clean my car were nice but that is where the positive experience stopped. They told me they were 'finished' twice and when I went out to see the results there was still several spots that weren't clean. When I asked why there were still dry and dirty areas on the seats (they were supposed to shampoo-I paid for the $180 package) they said they left the machine in the other truck. I asked if they could bring that truck to finish, they said I would need to ask the owner. I paid them and they left, I promptly called the manager. He said that he saw pictures (impossible because I dialed while the men were still packing up) and that my car 'looks fine'. I POLITELY explained that I was unhappy, and that I could send him pictures of how bad the seats looked to show him, he said 'you must just be having a bad day, I can come over and you can suck my D*&k, how about that?' Seriously...I am in shock. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs!!
