Paid $12,000 for a tempur pedic mattress and split king adjustable bases and the drivers 2 different times didnt even know how to install. back up battery supplies no batteries.no sync! stopped by the store and left msg for the owners and no response! the employee is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Sales person was no help at all. Beds unclean. We asked for a pillow cover which we received. Otherwise the sales person was on a private phone call the entire time we were in the store. Not going back again.

I love this store so much husband and I where buying a Sealy highpoint and was going to to with mattress firm because I get PerkSpot discounts with them but The back store beat that by a long shot with a whopping $900 off!! They made the mattress affordable for us and with a slight up charge where able to have it delivered over 4 hours away where we live, at first I was skeptical because of how low the price was, but then the bed came (a week faster than estimated) and we are so happy and had the best night sleep ever !!

Had a great experience shopping with Jeff yesterday. We purchased a tempurpedic pillow and a set of sheets for a great price. They have fantastic financing options and he was very knowledgeable and helpful through the process. DO NOT purchase bedding online, visit Jeff and he will take these care of you!

I ordered a headboard kit online, and then realized the next day that I didn't need it. I called to cancel and spoke with Jeff G. I was expecting an angry person on the other end due to my cancellation, but also because good customer service is a dying art these days. Jeff was the complete opposite! He handled the transaction with professionalism and class, and spoke to me very kindly. He also followed up via email. That is 5-star service in my book. PLEASE give this store your business!

Just an update to say that it's now been 4 months, and I still haven't received a refund. They finally, begrudgingly, sent a box. After that, they very slowly sent a shipping label. Then they finally scheduled UPS pickup. Why they wouldn't do any of this months ago when I told them the necessary steps for them to be able to receive the return, I have no idea. They even confirmed that they received the returned topper two weeks ago, but still no refund! I ordered the same topper directly from Tempur-pedic and it's been smooth sailing. If only I could get my money back from the Back Store and be finished with this whole ordeal. I really don't want to have to continue to follow up in small claims court. Truly the most horrific experience I've ever had making an online purchase.

While I wish I'd had the same lovely in-person experiences in other reviews, my own experience of an online purchase from the Back Store has been terrible. They sent the wrong product, took over a month to even figure out what had happened or what they could do going forward, and have completely failed to figure out how to handle a return. Since Tempur-pedic mattress toppers are typically non-returnable, they're shrink-wrapped and boxed at less then half their normal size. In stead of providing a larger box to ship it back, the Back Store suggested that UPS would pack it for them (I checked, they won't without payment) and the shipping label link the Back Store provided isn't even valid. Jeff at the Back Store then suggested that I should go shopping to find and pay for adequate packaging myself, a completely unreasonable request for me to spend more of my uncompensated labor attempting to rectify their error, especially after months of emailing back and forth with them! They claim the would give me $5 to "cover my costs" for hours of my time to figure out and manage a return process for them. All the while refusing my refund. So frustrating! I strongly discourage shoppers from purchasing from the Back Store online. It's a mess. Pay a little more and purchase from a company that is able to handle shipping and fix their own mistakes.
