If you’re looking for a new bed, RUN (Don’t walk) into Tempur-Pedic and ask for Brad. He truly is a Knight in Tempur-Pedic DreamLand! After a year and a half of crummy sleep and 3 different beds, I went to Tempur-Pedic and had an incredible experience working with Brad. He was not only extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses and sleep solutions, but also incredibly patient as I asked a million questions and tried out several options. He took the time to understand my needs, ensuring that I felt comfortable and confident with my choice. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the entire experience enjoyable. If you're in the market for a new bed, I highly recommend seeking out Brad! Truly fantastic service!

My husband and I came into your store located in the Frontenac Plaza Mall in Missouri for Labor Day 2024.
The store staff was friendly, inviting, and helpful. Leena, was the very first staff member to greet and assist us. Her calm voice, assuring demeanor was truly appreciated in our search for the greatest sleeping experience possible.

What a great customer service experience! Brad is so very knowledgeable about all things Temper-Pedic. We purchased a Memory Foam pad for our Sleep Number bed. Brad worked in the Select Comfort world, so was very familiar with that product, too. We really wanted to make the right decision, so we scheduled enough time to learn about the product. Our decision was made without any pressure from Brad - just from solid information he provided. We love our choice. And, he just texted the pillows we liked are BOGO! Pulling up to the store now! Great experience
