What a joke…we purchased a pair of apple AirPods thinking we didn’t have ours before our trip to Europe.the minute we left the store we found it so we did not open the purchased product. Went back to the store of course could not return, they told us to do it online. After 4 days we got an email sorry we can not return your product!!! Simply crazy!

Purchased $80 ear buds. Went to plug in and charge at the gate. It didn't charge. Went back to exchange. I should have kept the receipt, but it was 5 minutes later and assumed it wouldn't matter since I just bought them. Nope. Should have kept the receipt, they wouldn't exchange without it. No exception. $80 down the drain. Not recommended.

The gentleman that was working at 5am on April 2 2022. Was absolutely amazing!! One of the nicest people I have ever met. Great personality and went far beyond what he needed to do to help me out. He needs a raise!!

I bought an IPad fan that broke my sons charging port in his iPad within minutes of inserting it. No one at the store cared enough to refund the money for the $7.00 fan much less my $650 iPad.

The gentleman (and that is a stretch) REFUSED to turn down the music blasting from the speaker sitting on the counter. He said it was his manager's authority to always play the sound very loud. It is as difficult to complete the transaction as I was unable to hear half of the conversation. There was no one else in the store at the St Louis airport. When I asked to speak with his manager he said they were on break at clothing store across the hall. When I asked for the name and business card he said they don't have any. Never doing business again at this location.
