Went in with my two young daughters (one has to be carried-infant). Older daughters shoe was untied and a staff member offered to tie it and did for her. Staff saw my struggling to hold my items at check out and promptly opened a lane to check me out and engaged in sweet conversation with my older daughter. Amazing customer service so thankful for them making my trip a little easier.

Excellent experience...Sal our carbide delivery person was prompt, friendly, courteous, and verified our order. Overall Target makes it easy to buy online and drive up to have it loaded up into my vehicle. Great job Target!

Good luck if you need to speak with someone in guest services.
To be fair I also called the Arnold location and received the same non service.
How many times do you let the phone ring at your business? 15 times before I hung up.
I get it, most employees are in the text generation, but it’s a business and they don’t offer texting.

Left Target several years ago to shop elsewhere. First time back today and the product selection process was worse, items were difficult to find and unnecessarily expensive
The checkout was confusing, took way too long, and couldn't be resolved locally. It required a phone call, more wait time.
Not a happy shopper.

I shop regularly at Walmart, but they have a lot of stuff locked up, requiring the assistance of an employee. I never seek an employee, I just choose a different store to buy those things. Target doesn't lock things up like Walmart. I appreciate that.

An amazing Starbucks with an amazing team. They never disappoint and I swear they remember you, your name and are so kind and helpful.

Great store. Clean and organized.
Downside is checking out. 10 Item Limit has been imposed but they continue to only have one open register.
The more money you spend, the longer the wait to leave the store.

Usually pretty good clean friendly ect.
Today it was a mess . It was like the overnight stock crew called in sick. I could not get my cart down the personal care isle at every turn I had to back up. We are talking 4 isles of huge product carts you could not maneuver around. Finally left my cart in the isle and still had to weave in and out to find my products.
Not a good experience. I mentioned the inconvenience no one stocking cared but the check out girl did apologize.

We were having tons of trouble trying to recover my daughter's files when she had dropped it. We were at your store to purchase a newer version for her. A Young gentleman named Kyler in the electronics depth was phenomenal, helped solve our dilemma,very informative. Every store needs an associate like Kyler.

Went to checkout at a lane with a light on, as we approached the register the cashier turned his light off and told us he was closed and to go to another lane. We had 2 items. This cashier was in a maroon vest and probably was management. At the only other register open the cashier wore nothing that indicated he worked there and did not greet us.
