We had a great experience at Suntrup Nissan. The salesman and finance manager were both kind, helpful, and efficient. While buying a car is never quick, the process flowed smoothly, and our time was not wasted. We were happy with the price and financing of our new Rogue, and we would return to Suntrup in the future.

My husband and I purchased a 2021 Rogue from Suntrup in early 2022. We have decided to go our separate ways, so I went back to Suntrup to trade in order to get his name off the loan. They were wonderful! They made an already awkward, and stressful situation light and productive! Mary was my sales person, she was wonderful! I appreciate them more than I can say!

I have purchased cars in the past with Suntrup, but I can say that the level of service I have received from them recently with regards to just trying to get a small refund for an extended warranty that I didn't use completely has been beyond frustrating. I have left numerous emails and made several phone calls without response to multiple sales managers at Suntrup Nissan, and for the life of me, I cannot understand why one would treat a customer that has bought multiple cars from their business in the past with the level of disregard that they have shown me. At the very least it is an incredibly poor business model to follow.

I stopped in one evening with my son unexpected to purchase anything. Just looking for something a bit more practical with some more room for me and my 3 kids. We were browsing the lot when we were greeted by Oz, he was understanding and helpful. The location was closing soon and I apologized for showing up so late and even said I could come back during normal business hours when we had more time. He assured me that it was no big deal to him as long as I found what I wanted and was happy. I found a few options on the lot but ended up choosing the Hyundai Tucson. It had not been detailed or serviced yet so after meeting with finance I drove my trade in home and returned the next evening to do the trade and pick up my new vehicle. Oz followed up and checked me after my purchase. I am a tad bit over my goal on price range but for the extra space I needed and the warranty package purchased I think I made the best choice possible for me and my family.

I purchased an SUV this year. I have my service done at Suntrup Nissan and I highly recommend the service department. The online scheduling process is so easy and they were expecting me when I arrived and made the process quick and easy. My car was ready sooner than expected. Great job.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Suntrup VW. My salesperson, AJ, exhibited behavior that was not only disrespectful but also marked by dishonesty and deceit. Despite paying the sticker price, additional fees, such as a surprising $500 no-trade-in fee, were introduced – then I was told the price shown on their website was only for people who financed through the dealership. (I was paying cash) details that were conspicuously absent from their website. The condition of the front tires was another concern; AJ initially contended they were within acceptable specifications. When I requested to speak with the sales manager regarding this matter, AJ asserted he lacked the technical expertise to comment so why did I want to talk to him. Eventually, they agreed to replace the tires.Upon our arrival at the dealership, AJ enthusiastically introduced a contest in which purchasers could throw a bean bag for a chance to win either a $50 gas card, complimentary floor mats, or a $500 discount on the car. Post-purchase, I inquired about participating in this contest, only to be informed that we did not meet the criteria. AJ's explanation for this exclusion was rather puzzling and lacked clarity.Towards the end of the process, after all paperwork had been signed, AJ informed me that the car came with only one key fob, a potential additional expense of about $300. My decision to purchase the car was primarily based on my trust in VW as a reputable brand, as well as the assurance of a VW warranty that i purchased. Regrettably, my confidence lies with the brand and not with AJ. I sincerely hope that this level of deceitfulness is not indicative of the dealership's overall training. The one shining star was their service department. They did an excellent job getting my car ready for pickup. I would have no problem taking my car to get serviced at Suntrup VW just don't buy a car from Suntrup VW....or at least be aware these deceitful practices.

I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue in January. I purchased a service contract and paint contract. I don't drive enough for that and if a paint job won't last 3 years then...... but that's on me not the sales department. I needed to take my car in for an oil change every 6 months or every 5000 miles. I had recently been on a trip to New Orleans and noticed a couple of things, noise on the drivers side of the engine and when I used my back wipers they click every time they move. Now my back seat seat belts stay on for about 5 minutes before shutting off and nobody is in the backseat. when I took it in for the oil change they were suppose to check everything but mysteriously it was going to take them 3 or 4 hours before they could diagnosis because they were busy. so wh didn't they tell me when I made my appointment? Anyway, I've contacted them 3 times with no call back. Lousy service however the sales department was very good. I've had 8 Hondas and always had good service. Mistake to buy Nissan and will probably buy ano Honda in the next couple of months. Wish I had read Yelp before buying.

I live the service! I bought my Pathfinder from Mary and loved the experience! She was so nice and knowledgeable. The fastest purchase I have ever made. I will definitely keep this dealership for future purchases.

My car from a different Suntrup family lot was sent here for service repairs. Christian in service has been AMAZING!!! He truly was a breath of fresh air for the situation I was in and helped out incredibly on resolving my problems and getting answers for my questions. His hard work with my car deserves to be acknowledged!

I cannot say enough about Sean and Aaron. They were both super nice, friendly and extremely helpful. They both answered our questions and made us feel comfortable and welcome. Sean with selling me the car and Aaron with helping with financing.My only small drawback would be time it took to complete the transaction. Do realize it was Saturday and was extremely busy. But we will definitely come back there.
