I never leave these but these people were surprisingly annoyed at having a customer. Specifically they seemed annoyed in me who had no interest in purchasing a full bike. I came here looking for a bike store with bike parts, like over here's the fork section, a bike STORE, in fact it's just another bike dealer with five sales kiddies standing around gawking at you while you try to explain what you want as though you have a horn on your forehead.
Very likely I won't be back. One star, rethink your priorities, hire an adult.

Just going through a midlife crisis and decided to buy a 20 inch BMX bike. Haven’t been around these bikes in 30 years. I decided I wanted to put a more comfortable seat on it and couldn’t figure out how to connect the seat mount to the railed seat so I took it to Sunset and Adam, who is unbelievable, was able to put it together in a matter of a couple of minutes. The expertise and skill of this shop is second to none. Thank you Adam for getting me comfortable on my BMX bike. Customer for life!!!

Best bike shop in St. Louis. I come here regularly for my handcycle. It’s an uncommon cycle and they have always been knowledgeable about it through the years and able to tend to whatever it needs. I’m so appreciative of their very reasonable service charges and can always trust my handcycle in their hands. Thank you!!!

I had a tuneup done at Sunset on my gravel bike. They turned it around very quickly and it rode like a new bike. A week or so later, I had some issues with the shifting. I called and the owner said to bring it in which I did. He did some adjustments in a few minutes and fixed the problem at no charge. I highly recommend Sunset, very friendly and responsive staff.

Sunset Cyclery provides excellent service and stocks a wide range of bikes and accessories. Have needed two flat tires repaired this spring and staff repaired them quickly and efficiently while I waited. Staff is friendly and I always learn something new while waiting on the repair to be completed!

He was sweet, professional, funny, and charming, making the whole process enjoyable. With patience and expertise, he guided us through our options and answered all our questions.

I flew into St Louis to ride the Katy Trail and had a problem with my bike. I stopped by this shop and initially they told me there would be a 48 hour turn around. When I explained my urgency they took immediate action and fixed my bike. The two mechanics and the owner were highly skilled. Tim has been with the shop 26 years and Adam 17 years and their experienced showed in their knowledge and skills . Thanks to Ed the owner for running a clean and well stocked shop. We had a battery issue on one of our Specialized Aethos Di2 bikes. Took it in to Sunset. Tim got on it immediately and checked the bike out. Found a defective Di2 battery. He ordered one right away from Shimano. This was on Thursday and the battery arrived by the next Wednesday. We were able to pick it up later Wednesday. Very pleased with the service we received.

We were on our way to a race from Arkansas to Wisconsin with a broken shifter. They were able to fix it within 30 minutes and we were back on the road!!! The boys said he was a Bike Angel ? thank you guys!
