I have been fortunate enough to work with Taylor as both a buyer and seller. She helped us into our first home almost 6 years ago in a growing, competitive market. We snagged great bargain and made it our own. Now, she helped us sell it as we move out of state. She is the most responsive person with an insane work ethic. Her attention to detail helped make our listing photos spectacular. She gave us tips on things to fix up prior to listing to get top dollar. She was great with advertising beforehand and our house sold in less than 1 day for well over asking with incredible terms. 10 stars for Taylor and STL Real Estate!

Looking for a house is not an easy task but we were lucky to find STL Real Estate in our web search, and even more to meet Taylor.She is more than a real estate agent, she has helped us and be with us through all the process of looking for a house, get to know the system and be there in every step of the way. She dedicated us an entire week to go around all St Louis County with patience even though we were with our kids too! ? If i could post a ten review, I definitely would for my experience with STL Real Estate, specifically Taylor Belmore. I used her to sell my house and for the purchase of my new home. She was incredibly knowledgeable. Whenever I had a question, she knew the answer and responded to me right away with any follow-up questions. She gave great advice on different things that may help my home sell faster and to also make my purchase offer stronger. My house had an offer ONE DAY after it was listed! And, in this crazy market, I got the first house I put an offer on! She knows house to put together a strong offer which was integral in me getting my PERFECT home! Not only was she amazing throughout both processes but she is also incredibly friendly. Other agents loved working with her, when I had my inspection - she even made friends with that guy too! Having a friendly and well liked realtor goes so far too! I very highly recommend Taylor Belmore and STL Real Estate, I cannot imagine going through this with anyone else by my side. Taylor made my first home buying experience so easy!
