I took my father-in-law here for ideas to help him with reading and other daily activities. Everyone was kind, patient, and very thorough. We left with many ideas to help him live with his vision loss and ordered some magnifiers today. I highly recommend visiting here if you have vision loss. Thank you for a great experience!

Don't understand why social worker won't call back. A friend recently affected with low vision. He would never call back when she needed help. Why have this service which seems to never be busy?

Excellent staff. I appreciated the great help from everyone. If I had a question and they didn’t know the answer, they were not afraid of taking the time to find the answer. In one hall, there was this stunning quilt.Also very helpful with technology. They even followed up with a phone call and letter.I was charged for TWO separate appointments for the visit which was a bit of a surprise as they only charged one fee in the past.On Manchester in Saint Louis.

Had my initial appointment today, and, while it was long, everyone there was incredibly nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. They sent me home with a number of resources which will likely prove to be invaluable. Each therapist I saw also gave me their contact info and encouraged me to call with any additional questions or concerns.If your eye doctor, OT, or anyone else suggests visiting these guys, do it.
