Bought a Milwaukee impact driver with a battery and charger from them. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It was priced fairly and the owner still came down a little in the end. The drill is in good shape and everything works as it should. Overall I'm very pleased

I was going to leave a full-on bad review for the store after being told to bring in items for assessment that were not in the box, but we're still brand new, and being turned-away for the lack of a box. I informed the manager that the person over the phone knew the items were not in boxes, yet never mentioned that rule. Neither my waisted trip nor funds catching buses in the heat to no avail seemed to matter to any of the associates. I called the store after returning home empty-handed and informed them I was going to leave a bad review. However, Richard was able to assuage my concerns to some degree and he got me to the point at which I felt I might leave a better review that isn't totally bad. I appreciate when a manager is able to work-out a situation with a customer in an amicable way.

Recommend you don’t go I pawn my necklace for $200 went back the next morning to get out they charged me $44 Interest, that’s just way to much
