Dr. White was incredibly helpful and empathetic. The tech (I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name) was also very patient and kind when explaining things to me. They both made sure I understood my cat’s health condition and what I could do about it, were sensitive about potential financial concerns, and presented the information in a very realistic but still empathetic way, so I feel much more confident about my ability to take care of my cat and keep him as healthy as I can. I know that my cat will be well taken care of here. Thank you!!

I've been going to The St Louis Cat Clinic for a little over 5 years. All the doctors are very knowledgeable and extremely nice. The staff is always helpful and also very nice and they've all been there the entire 5 years. Everyone is always very caring towards me and my cats Wilson and Carson.

Probably the most thorough exam a cat of mine has ever had!

Probably the most expensive place in the area to take your cat. They do not communicate their intentions & treat pet owners like an open check book, but do it with a smile. I took my cat there for a lions cut & was told it would be between $300-600, not including the $82 office visit, because, even though their site days they only do one type of cut, they don't know what all they will have to do with a cat they already know. I gave explicit directions but that wasn't enough & cats are impossible to figure out how to shave. Look around. GET PRICING BEFORE YOU SAY YES TO ANYTHING. You have a right to know costs ahead of time & they will gladly provide it. They are nice enough but poor communication & unbearably expensive.

My boyfriend and I had just moved to St. Louis and my elderly cat unfortunately passed away. Not being able to go to her old primary care physician I was scared of how to handle this all. The vet clinic staff was very sweet, and helped walk me through the whole process. They were incredibly helpful, one of the staff members going as far to stay on the phone with me when I was scheduling the euthanasia appointment because I couldn’t stop crying. I will never forget this clinic and its people, and my younger cat will definitely be coming here while I’m in St. Louis because I know she’ll be in fantastic hands.

Absolutely excellent experience here! My sweet old cat hadn’t been to the vet in a long and they took great care of him!

The support staff at St. louis Cat Clinic was friendly, but the veterinarian I saw was condescending, rude, and judgmental. I will not be taking my cat back.

Run! This place is horrible! I had to go to another Vet after spending 400 here. Different Vet found bacteria in the urine, and this place didn't! RUN!!! All they wanted was more visits and test,.. GREEDY

My senior cats health had been declining for months, her previous care provider wasn't able to identify the issue.
One visit at the St Louis Cat Clinic and we now know what is happening. Once the test results were back, I was provided with the results promptly.
Everyone is friendly and they take the time necessary for your loved one.

The team is incredible from when you walk in the door to check in, the medical staff and the compassion for cats. I would recommend 10 our of 10.

Let me preface this by saying I've been going here for my cats for over 30 years. This used to be the most wonderful place, the veterinarians would see me at other places and ask how my cats are doing by name. The new staff refuses to pronounce the cats name properly, no matter how many times I say it. Also it's girl cat not a he, it's worrisome when your veterinarian cannot tell. The new ownership has turned it into a deceptive cash grab. They give out estimates and omit necessary tools to make their estimates seem lower, so you'll never get the low estimate even if everything goes great. The current desk receptionist has been quite rude for multiple trips in and was trying to start an argument with me that I wasn't trying to have, not letting me pay until I had said argument. They do get the job done, but it'll be 3x what other people charge even if they tell you it'll only be 2x. Don't expect to have even the most basic of checkup for less than $400. They are expensive and they aren't nice enough to be so expensive.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Vet and tech took time to ensure we understood everything. Also good, thorough follow-up.
