Every time we’ve brought a vehicle into Spirit One, we’re always confident in the work they’re performed or advice we’ve been given. This time it’s an old farm truck needing inspections for plate renewal (and a windshield wiper and to plug a slow leaking tire) but it won’t pass the emissions inspection because of an engine light. Dave found a workaround regarding the few miles we put on it a year. It’s a mileage exemption that if it’s driven less than 12k over two years it doesn’t require the emissions inspection - ours has only been driven about 6K over two years! If Dave had not found this, we would have had to replace the transmission, no older inexpensive ones to be found, or parked it for a year and a half waiting for it to be 26 years old for the emissions exemption. Dave saved the day, month and year for us!

When I have Spirit One work on my car, I am 100% sure that they are doing what needs to be done, and nothing more. One other thing, they have the cleanest waiting area I have ever seen!

Spirit One Automotive is an extremely honest and understanding auto shop. They walk you fully through what needs to happen with your car, and what could happen but isn't required. They are fully transparent about pricing up front and honest with their cost for work. I called multiple auto shops in the area, and Spirit One was by far the easiest to work with. Dave and David, along with the mechanics and technicians I spoke with, were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here - I will not be taking either of ours anywhere else other than Spirit One Automotive.

Great service. I called them on a Tuesday with a problem I was having and they had a cancelation. I dropped it off and they called me and let me know what the problem was and the cost. They fixed it and the price I was quoted was right on. Always get great service.

My experience was great picked up my car but noticed that the passenger side mirror was shattered.
They are Resolving my problem. By Replacing that mirrors completely. Other then that one time every thing been awesome
