The customer service is really bad. There was a strong wind in the place where I lived in July, and the network became unstable after that. It was not available for a while. It was bearable at first, but then it was almost non-existent in August, and the technician came twice. The staff said it couldn't be repaired, and I wanted to apply for a waiver of the network fee. They said you only had no network for a few hours, but they didn't understand the suffering caused by a bad network for several months.

This service has been a nightmare. Took almost a year to apply my ACP credit and lied to me about having insurance on my phones. Agents lie and misinform customers. Smh. I’m disabled and this hurts more.

Absolutely awful, greedy, and incompetent. Their customer service is the worst. Once you are a costumer they don't care about you at all. They lie about the speed big time. Told me I would get 300mbps and I only every got 130. They force you to wait an hour on the phone to cancel too. Then when their agents finally get to you they spend 20 minutes trying to convince you not to leave their horrible service. Never again! You guys are literally the worst thing about corporate America. So glad I switched. They also don't pro taste the bill. You suck charter.

Your company puts your employees working in deplorable conditions. When you have heat like we have had here in Missouri I would EXPECT Human decency. Do to witnessing and knowing former employees of Spectrum I can say they all have similar stories and some quit the company. Your business isn’t just about retaining customers! To retain customers you need employees who like their job and are treated like humans not disposable people. With the way things are going in this country I would recommend your Corporation get in gear and fix your treatment of staff. Having techs working 12 hour days in the sweltering heat is crazy to me. We have schools not letting children go outiside in the heat because of long term health risks AND causing heat stroke. Spectrum you need to pull your head out of the hole it is in and have more respect for your people. The only thing essential to your business is phone service in my opinion. Internet can be worked around. Cable is definitely not essential. Many of your men working outside this week dripping sweat and red as flames. No wonder your retention of employees is poor. Oh and get a handle on your arrogant supervisors. I have seen and witnessed that too. Make people accountable in your company for how employees are treated!

So, I've been with spectrum for about 18 months. Very poor internet connection. Disconnects on a weekly basis. They have gigabit internet, but not fiber so upload speeds are typically low. Price was at 108, but after 12 months it went to 125. Now due to "inflation", we've made it up to 130.Would never recommend them to anyone but my enemies. Hoping more companies come in and steal business in st peters. Maybe then spectrum will start taking care of their customers.

I left spectrum under pleasant terms a few years ago, but ever since I’ve been getting increasing number of calls and urgent looking mail that turns out to be just marketing.

Our cable was out for 6 days. My wife works at home and Spectrum showed little sympathy. We were supposed to get a credit on our monthly bill and it wasn't on there.They bump up our bill but never give them credit when they promise they will.AT&T just layed their new cable in our area.

If I could rate -1000 I would spectrum can’t keep services up and doesn’t care about child safety leaving service wires in there yard for months at a time and magically looses phone call records. And makes Trans people constantly dead name themselves.

They didn’t show up to my appointment and are making me wait 3 more days to get my internet service. Terrible customer service, when they mess up I’m the one that gets effected with it.

Up until about 4 months ago everything was fine. Now every 2 or 3 days I have to reboot my internet because it just freezes. No internet AT ALL! I have made several calls to customer service & they tell me the same thing all the time. They won't come out to replace my modem & router unless I pay a service charge. Why should I have to pay because they have faulty equipment? They offer to mail me new equipment but I have to set it up myself. I don't know anything about that stuff! If I mess it up then they are going to blame everything on me; saying that it is MY fault it doesn't work! It would be easier just to bring the stuff to my residence, hook it up, then take the old stuff away! What's wrong with that? If I have one more problem I am seriously thinking about changing my internet service to another company that has better customer service! If not that then I will simply cancel it all together! I don't really need it anyway. I'm 70 years old & don't need the agrivation. I will just go to the library like I used to do.

I love my spectrum mobile at $29 plus insurance. It’s nice to have the iPhone 12 Max Pro. I do periodically have internet issues since I moved. Got to thank you for being retired after between in-house and contracted or Independent Reseller. I need to retain that status again! My location on similar experiences via web, YouTube blogging or website could be informing customers of the awesome company has grown since being Charter Communications! If you have a problem just remember that it really depends whom you get the chance to speak with in any business for that matter. Thank them for their help and try again! This is the best company that has awesome service that connects you with the world! Thanks!

We have had Spectrum for about 10 years. They raise our bill every 6 months to a year and i got tired of it. I called to cancel. I spoke to two different people and both we're very rude after knowing their strong armed sales tactics weren't working to save us as a customer (even tried to sell us mobile service by bad mouthing the one we have). The last one told us that its billed through the end of the month and to just keep it till then. There were no instructions given on what to do with the equipment even after saying SEVERAL times i wanted it canceled effective immediately. I had to research online how to turn in equipment and what equipment is even theirs since we had them for so long. I will NOT be back. Customer service is everything and Spectrum has no clue. Id rather live wothout than to live with the "service" they are "providing".

I am going to start a class action against Spectrum, who else would like to take action against them as well, they do not want to be held accountable for their actions and need to be charged for it. They have changed their name many times because they have stolen from many people and they buy out the other companies so that they can continue to rob the people it’s time for us the little ones to stand up and make them accountable.!!!
