Table space needed.I like the changes the new owners have made. Bringing in vending machines is a money maker and appreciated but not to the loss of table space. My suggestion is too balance the amount of table space vs vending.I appreciate you and what you have done with the place. I will continue to still come.Thank you, Chris

Nice people that work there. Clean environment. Wash your clothes here and can even grab some pizza while waiting or visit the market if they are open

Highly recommend. Employee(s) work here during business hours. Currently under renovation, but still nice and clean. Prices seem high, but washers work well and dryers are FREE. Average washer is $4.50. Pay by quarters, some machines accept credit card, & some accept mobile pay. Best to use 1/2 cup or even 2 tablespoons of detergent, these machines are strong.

I was here for a long time since I had a lot of laundry but I gotta say it was a more enjoyable experience because of Scott. He was so sweet, funny, and helpful not only to me, but to everyone who walked through the door!! He was constantly walking around making sure everyone was okay, and was ALWAYS cleaning. He made sure the place was clean the entire time. Thank you for being so helpful and proactive, it did not go unnoticed!

Like many others this winter , our pipe froze and flooded half of our apartment with our belongings in it. We took 7 bags (100lbs) of wet clothing to Soulard Soap. Reggie and the team cleaned and folded all of it under 24 hours. He also re-weighed it with the dry weight and saved us a lot of money. We really appreciate the professionalism and quality of service, and will highly recommend it to all of our friends in the future.

Went around 11am on a Thursday, not busy besides a few others. I used an 18 pound washer and that was $4.00 for a 23 minute wash. Another $1.00 for the detergent. I was happy to only spend $5.00 for a wash. The dryers here are free and run for 10 minutes at a time. I'd suggest 2 or 3 cycles on hot. Overall this place was clean and friendly and priced decent. Other washes cost $6.00 and up, and some machines take card at this location.

This place is so so awesome. Very clean, attendants are very kind. And free dryers?? Seriously, can't beat it. Also, so kind, one of the attendants helped me carry my laundry to my car. Lucky, I believe he said his name was. Will be coming back here!

I’ve been using the wash and fold services of this business for over 10 years. After Gary and his wife the former owners sold the business and the prices were increased I still continued to utilize the services of the business. Recently when I went in to pick up my things I was informed that going forward all drop off services would require prepayment in advance.. I spoke with with new owner regarding this new policy and was told too many people were dropping things off and not paying. I replied asking what that had to do with me? I asked the owner if he paid his employees for work they had not yet performed and said that’s basically what he’s asking his customers to do. His response was that was the new policy. Asking someone to pay up front for a service not yet done is one thing but demanding it is something else. Under the circumstances I will not be conducting anymore business with Soulard Soap & Laundry.
