Fantastic service. Dropped almost 17 pounds of laundry just before 1:00p and had it back by 3:30p. Beautifully washed and folded. Amazingly nice people. Thank you.

Great well-lit facility with SOME pay-by-card machines, free wifi, and places to sit. Plenty of places nearby to get a snack or coffee.

Send yo clothes to band box cleaners and they put holes in yo clothes an wash studio tell you they can’t do nothing about horrible don’t go there over priced an horrible service

The very nicest laundromat I’ve ever used. Very clean, helpful welcoming staff, most machines working. Sometimes the other customers get really ornery if you use their baskets by mistake… but overall a nice place, they play great music, good vending machine too.

Very Rude staff. 2 older females (Only). I come this laundromat often. Spend hundreds a months, to be exact, to be treated with such disgust. The lady with the locs turned the music to a very very high volume, higher then comfortable listening volume because she said we were, my children and I, were “too loud”. I witnessed ppl arguing here and nothing was said. Kids crying, running around wild, screaming, playing with the machines and nothing was said. Homeless ppl coming in, asking for money and being very hostile and nothing was said. Side Note: We were having an educational debate. She never said anything, at all, to us about our volume, which we didn’t realize, honestly, she just turned to music to club volume. My son went over to ask could she turn it down, a little, and she replied “NO I cannot because y’all over there too loud, for everybody!” Note: they were only 2 other customers, female, which were engaging with us. When my son came over to rely to me what she said I then went over, to ask, again. She then replied “Yeah I turned it up cuz y’all too loud and the ‘customers’ were complaining with their ‘expressions’.” I asked did anyone complain directly and she said no. So I’m confused where the real problem lied? She said the other staff lady (short hair cut) told her to turn it. Then said I’ll turn it down if y’all be quiet! The audacity to a paying customer. I simply told her if she had let us know that we were a bit too loud we would have lowered our volumes, respectfully. There was no need to be condescending. I’m a regular and very understanding person. All it would have taken was a little attention of notice from her. I don’t usually come on Saturdays but if they are here, I will NOT be coming again on a Saturday. The staff through the weekdays are very pleasant, which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 1. I also too it a step further and asked the 2 other ladies/customers were we too loud and they both said no, we didn’t mind at all, extending that it would be no offense if we were and would lower our conversations, they insisted, we were not. So she lied on them. And we weren’t the only customers they “offended” they also argued with another lady about prepaying for dryer use, as she said she usually does, with the other staff, and they insisted they would not honor her payment. I spent $80 on laundry today, to be treated this carelessly. I would appreciate talking with the owner but of course I don’t want to add controversy, by asking these ladies. Very upset and highly offended. I wish I could add a video to show my experience is 100% authentic!

Great experience. We're traveling and needed a LOT of laundry done. We dropped our stuff off, paid, were alerted by text when it was done the next day, and picked up a bunch of neatly folded clothes! I would absolutely use this service again.

Very bad service, it says on Google that they are open until 7pm and it is a lie already at 5pm. They don't let him come in to do the laundry, they don't want to work, please come here. Please check your schedules and correct it on Google.
Very bad attention, the truth is, do not come here, what they do ws making fun of you does not comply. With the schedule already at midnight they don't let anyone come in to wash and on Google they have to close at 7pm please here. Accordingly, improve your schedules or change. Staffed by people who want to work and meet the schedule
