Staff and furniture are great until they are not. It would appear that they have made some staff changes across the board and to the detriment of their previous level of service and quality. Way too many things went wrong with my last purchase to write a novel about here but apparently it is all the customer's fault if they wait more than 5 days to realize the delivery service wrecked the loveseat before bringing it into my home. This is my 1st issue with them after years of being a loyal and satisfied customer but they will absolutely not stand behind anything if things go wrong and will pass you off as quickly as possible to corporate or some other warranty department that will never respond. You better inspect every inch of the furniture as it comes in the door or you will have zero recourse. Somehow, within 5 days, I was supposed to know they bent the foot and it would scratch my floor when I slid it out from the wall.
I will never return unfortunately and now left with no other choice but to involve attorneys to rectify.

Mark was very knowledgeable about differences in mattresses, including how made, differences in construction, etc. we ended making a purchase.

Salesman was very good, he took time to make sure we were making a good decision. Showed us what we asked for and no pressure. Very friendly and understanding for our needs.

My Aunt Shirley just got a new apartment and my husband and I took her to slumberland to look for furniture. As we walked in the door we we're greeted by Frank to whom I gave our wish list to. He went right to work showing us the various items that where on our list. All of the items were either on sale or on clearance. He was also able to bundle everything so when he gave us a price it was delivery and set up also. My aunt was so pleased. My husband and I will be back looking for a new bed soon. We want to make sure that Frank is the one that takes care of us.

Store experience was great, reps never hovered. However it did take forever to receive our furniture and since we have we have been trying to get repairs done from the delivery of the furniture. Also, feel like we were completely mislead and screwed over with the purchase of this supposed great insurance policy for furniture.
We have attempted to make several claims all of which have been denied/rejected. If you buy furniture, Do not bother wasting your money on the insurance!!
