I have dealt with this store many times and always had very positive experiences. The last bed I ordered I had a delivery problem. Chelsea the store manager, and Patrick the sales associate, jumped through all kinds of hoops to make it better. Five stars for customer service! (And we love the beds too!!)

This store is amazing. I'd been to the previous location and this new one is beautiful. The team was helpful over the phone before I came in but Chelsey helped me during my time in the store. She was great! Made everything super easy and I'm so excited to start sleeping better. Definitely can't say enough great things about Chelsey and the team at Brentwood!

The salesperson Dave was very friendly and helpful. We purchased a sleep mattress years ago, and it's time for another one. The mattresses are very nice but very costly as well.

We had a great experience at the Sleep Number store in Brentwood. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable! My favorite part was that they weren't pushy salespeople! I can tell they actually enjoy what they do and have the customers best interest at heart. My wife and I can't wait to get our new Sleep Number bed and would recommend this store/product to anyone!!

Update: Worst bed I have ever slept in. I've never had to leave a bed and sleep on the sofa until I slept on this bed. Tried multiple numbers and they all suck. The solution from sleep number was to spend $1,500 more to get a more comfortable bed from them plus the $250 delivery fee.Original reviewChelsey was the saving grace of this place. Entertaining and informative to talk with. Sleep Number on the other hand has very deceptive pricing. The website price is before the mandatory 400 base and 250 delivery charge. Can't pick it up myself. We're it not for my wife, I would have walked away due to the add on pricing.

I first bought a sleep number bed in 2006. Now after 15+ years I'm in the market for an upgrade. Through my prior experience with Sleep Number they have the best customer service in the industry. There quality products although a bit pricey are manufactured in the USA. And their customer service reps are located in the states also.

It was a very pleasant experience. The sales person was knowledgeable and informative. She answered all my questions and did not pressure me to buy a bed. I'm looking forward to taking delivery of my new Sleep Number bed.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. His presentation was informative and low-pressure. He was very helpful in assisting us in evaluating options to our satisfaction. We were quite comfortable with what we did here and I'll recommend the store to others.

We had the WORST experience with Sleep Number St.Louis. We bought a 6k bed from this place andI explicitly asked the sales guys if it would be compatible with my bed frame and he stated that it their “ bed is compatible with all frames.”Now it’s been about 2 weeks since the purchase and the guys arrive to deliver it today and it’s not compatible at all. The delivery drivers say they cannot take the frame a part to make it compatible and they have no idea why the salesperson said it would be compatible. The entire system has to be returned.We took off time off work today to accommodate the delivery. We paid out for sheets for a split mattress that we cannot use and I was just told I cannot return it.Do NOT do business with this store. The sales people will say anything to get a sale.

We had the WORST experience with Sleep Number St.Louis. We bought a 6k bed from this place and I explicitly asked the sales guys if it would be compatible with my bed frame and he stated that that their "bed is compatible with all frames." And if not, "the delivery guys can make it adjustable by just repositioning their base legs." Now I've paid and have waited 2 weeks since the purchase and the guys arrive to deliver it today and it's not compatible at all. The delivery drivers said they cannot take my current frame a part to make it compatible and they have no idea why the salesperson said told me it would be compatible or they could adjust things. The entire system has to be returned. It's incredibly frustrating because had they told us we'd need another frame we could have prepared in the 2 weeks it took to receive the bed. We also took off time off work today to accommodate the delivery and it was a complete waste of our time. We paid also out for sheets for the split mattress that we cannot use now with a regular mattress and I was just told I cannot return the sheets, so that's $300 spent for useable sheets. Do NOT do business with this store. The sales people will straight up misrepresent the products and say anything to get a sale.
