Our designer (Dominique Sherman) has been great to work with. They recently completed our guest bath, and it looks great! When we reached out with a couple minor things that we requested to be fixed, they were very helpful.

If there were zero stars, they would get it. We worked with Signature Kitchens and Bath on a quote to remodel our main bathroom. Keeping all of the fixtures in the same spot, not moving plumbing, no structural changes, not changing the existing floor - they quoted us $65k. For what? A new stand alone tub, a new vanity, new tile in the shower and a light fixture. We were able to complete the project with someone else for under $10k. Honestly, I’m glad I had them provide us a quote just so in the future I can tell people not to bother.Service: Remodeling

The experience could have been better, the salesperson we dealt left Signature while we were waiting for the install. The only reason we found out was when the installer started to install the first vanity top when we realized it had 3 holes verses the single that was ordered on all the tops and we called to verify with the salesperson and was told he no longer works there.ALSO along with the installer stating we were responsible for having the tub disconnected and we advised him that it was part of their responsibility from the initial measure of the job. It took over month to get a replacement top. It could have been a 5 star experience if someone would have called

I am just starting the process of some home remodeling. I went into the showroom on 1/23 to browse and the staff was very helpful! They showed me many of the new trends, answered all my questions and provided many pointers. I will be going back to Signature when I'm ready do my kitchen & baths. Thank you so much!

After visiting four Kitchen and Bath businesses to explore remodeling a small master bedroom bath, we were driving past Signature Kitchen and Bath on Manchester, and decided to just stop in and see what products they had to offer. It was a great decision. We met Paula, one of the company designers , and after chatting with her decided to make an appointment. After our fist visit we left noting an important difference. She listened. Whereas other companies seemed to know our desires better than we did, Paula heard what we were interested in accomplishing, and we went from there. We had some very specific needs and Paula was immediately able to reach her catalogues behind her and show us possibilities to meet those wishes. Plus she was able to suggest some possibilities that enhanced our plans. After a couple more meetings we realized that we were completely comfortable with Signature and signed the contract to proceed. The result exceeded our expectations. Another positive impression was that before they started, all of the various contractors, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpenters, all met together at our home to discuss how they would proceed so as to work together to get the job done. They informed us that there could be days when nothing would occur. Our response was “that was fine just let us know.” And communicate they did. With a job involving some possible challenges, we understood that some “glitches” could occur. Our estimate of a company is not as to whether “glitches” will occur, but how they respond when they do. Signature and their contractors never once tried to get us to accept a lesser solution. There was never a question as to giving us the completed plan for which we had contracted. And let us say at this point that the quality of the products and the work was always excellent. While the completed project did take longer that anticipated, it was due to understandable issues. We have no reluctance to recommend Signature Kitchen and Bath, and Paula in particular. They were great. Thank you. We are truly enjoying our new bath.

Signature is the MOST wonderful, knowledgeable, professional people I have ever worked with. Heather is incredible and she really knows both kitchen and bath design. So much to choose from and she narrows it down with you perfectly. 5 Star and highest recommendation from me.

This place is terrible I would give them no stars if I could. They mark product up 600% and they will tell you one price and than will up charge you once they get the deposit. Stay clear and learn other people's mistakes. There are much better options out there.

We had a great experience remodeling our kitchen with Paula at the Rock Hill location back in 2013. We're now working with Paula and SKB once again on a master bath remodel.

I need to report about severe comminucation problem Manchester and Rockhill location.We had scheduled appointment at Rockhill location at 4 pm.We got a phone call from Manchester location that our appointment is at that location and she cancelled my Rockhill appt.without informing us.We went at our scheduled time but we were told that there is no appointment.We wasted our time.
We took our business somewhere else.
The success of any business lies in efficient desk secretary but this place lacks it.

I was in the beginning stages of getting a bid with Jen at the Rockhill location and when I was able to make contact with her she was great. The problem was, I could never get her to respond to emails, voice mails, or messages left with others in the office. My first contact with Jen was September 24, after 3 emails and several voice mails, she finally responded to me on October 5. I responded the following day and am still waiting for further communication (actually I am no longer waiting, I will take my business elsewhere). If you are looking to get your project completed in timely manner, this is NOT the place to go.
I went to K&D Countertops and received a bid the same day. I was also provided a pricing list for different types of granite to shop for at the local warehouses to make sure I was within budget.
