The store is upscale, clean and all of the employees are helpful, but when you want trade in shoes, Chase is the man!!!! This was my first sneaker deal I’ve made and I got the classic Jordan 11 Cool Grey NIB.”

“First time visiting this location in STL. I was needing a new pair of trailrunners for an up coming vacation where we will be doing some light hiking for several days in a row. I also need a good support shoe for walking my dogs daily. Joe was fantastic and very helpful in my quest for finding the perfect shoe. The foot scan that he shared with me was very enlightening. Found out I was definitely wearing the wrong style and size shoe for probably quite some time now. I have a bunion on one foot and a couple of unique foot issues, but Joe listened to my concerns and found the perfect shoe and insert for my best personalized fit. Hoping that these lightweight trailrunners fit the bill and will break in over the next few weeks. I will definitely come back for more socks and even some of their clothes in the future. Wish I would tried this store a long time ago. I highly recommend their knowledgeable services.”
“I visited Laurie’s Shoes in Rock Hill today to purchase a pair of shoes for my husband. It was my good fortune to have Jason Davis assist me with my hunt for the right shoe. He understood the needs I described and brought out the perfect shoe. He also walked around the store with me and helped me find a pair of shoes for myself. He wasn’t simply selling me shoes. “I'm writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend who never has good experiences anywhere lol. He was RAVING about this place after he picked up his boots. For 2 months he needed new work boots and we went to Chucks, Boot barn, you name it, and each time he returned the boots he bought. The customer service here is amazing, she told him how to take care of his boots and even gave him extra soles and oil. Thank you guys so much!”

“Had a great experience here. I called ahead and they held the boots for me. The two ladies who welcomed me as I entered the store were friendly, attentive and willing to figure out my awkward payment preference on the day. Store was clean, bright, airy and I did not feel any sales pressure. What more could you want? In a time of online shopping I will be making the 20 minute drive again in the future for my footwear needs. Can't beat the real deal in-person customer service experience. Rare these days. “I walked in to the Watson location (having never been to a Red Wing store) after months of trying on and returning shoes and boots on Amazon. I was immediately impressed with Matt. He was low key, asked me what I was looking for, got very specific details about my needs, how I would be using the boots, and any foot issues. In the end I opted for a pair of Dynaforce soft toe boots and they have far exceeded my expectations. They were comfortable right out of the box and needed no breaking in. I immediately put in several 6 hour days in my yard doing heavy work and never felt uncomfortable, more importantly, the support was far superior to my regular garden boots. No more twisted ankles or knee stress!
I also bought a pair of the 3D computer insoles because my two arches are different from an old pole vault injury to my left foot. Once I got those in the fit was better (if that is even possible). I like these insoles so much that I ordered a pair to wear in my walking shoes for 5 weeks in Europe and never had any foot or knee issues the whole trip.
I am sold on Red Wing and that is mainly due to the amazing customer service that Matt and Dennis offer. If you are local in St. Louis and looking for a great pair of boots I highly recommend you stop in to this store!”

“This is the best smoke vape shop I've been to. The Staff was amazing took time to go over all the different products and look up flavors for me, she spent so much time with me and was very pleasant and chill. I was having a bad day and during our conversation she just made my day!!! Also the store is packed with all different amazing items , I bought more than I was planning because it was cheaper than other my other shop and even had deals and a punch card on your 6th visit you get $20 off your order. I was amazed when I walked in. I went in just to check it out because it was new I thought it was small and wouldn't have much and I was very wrong. I highly recommend this store, they had so many different vapes and more flavor options than I've seen. And on the plus side living in Crestwood I had to drive a bit to get to a shop and this one is 2 mins from me. If you have time you should definitely stop in and check it out they have all kinds of different items, it's definitely worth the trip. When I picked up the suit, Wafi had me try it on and made sure it was exactly as I requested. The seamstress did an excellent job, and I would rank them as the best store in St.Louis to buy a suit.”

“I ❤Catos!Not gonna lie...I go IN for the phenomenal clearance...which they know, cause then I typically go OUT with several/many clearance items & at least one full price item! LolTheir clothes are mostly true to size, so you CAN buy without trying on...but their customer service (Oakville MO store shout out to Mary!!) is so exemplary that you end up staying & trying on & shopping for accessories. LOL Smart cookies! ;) You almost feel like a bottle of champagne is going to come out next, and I LOVE that "extra" customer service because in this day & age, it is rare!Suggestions? I was totally impressed by MBT customer service and I'm loving my new MBT shoes, which is a vast improvement from my previous MBT shoes. “This shop is pretty good if you're on the hunt for shoes. They've got a decent variety, so there's a good chance you'll find something you like. That said, they don’t always have exactly what I'm looking for, which can be a bit annoying.
Prices are okay—some are reasonable, but others feel a little too high for what you're getting.
The staff is alright. They’re generally helpful but don’t go out of their way to make the experience special.

Go see her for your shoe needs!!!Bought a rather expensive pair of Birkenstock sandals a little over a year ago. Normal seasonal wear, not everyday. They’ve broken. Rep at the store says that’s “common and a year of seasonal wear is normal for a hundred dollar pair of sandals”. So just a heads up, don’t expect more than a year of occasional use for your money here.”

I'm definitely not upset about having the space and time to shop without multiple near misses while walking the aisles.
