This Sherwin Williams has been a favorite of mine for years. This location always has multiple staff members who can assist with recommendations, color matching, mixing paint, and more. This store is for both Paint Professionals and the Public. This location offers curbside pickup and is open seven days a week. The paint is a beautiful consistency that covers very well. The ceiling white is crisp and clean and makes a statement once applied. There is a difference with Sherwin William paint and the big box stores, and it is worth every penny. They have collaborations with HGTV and Pottery Barn. Sherwin Williams is now offering a Paint Perks program. There are also always coupons and specials announced on their website.

I use Sherwin for all my paint. I’m in a store at least once week. I have my favorite store I use more than most however, I decided to use this store (Page & Schuetz) because it was closest to the job I was doing. The counter CLIRKS were very rude from the start. No hello. No smile. Obvious poor customer service from the start. Didn’t want to be dealing with a customer that’s for sure. I asked for a specific and expensive paint and they proceeded to tell me they didn’t have it and couldn’t tell help me. I confirmed by asking “so you’re saying you don’t have the paint I’m looking for or anything equivalent that would work for me” and the CLIRK said no we are having a paint shortage. I asked if any other locations would have it and he said no, we are all having the same shortage. I didn’t believe him for one second. I left and immediately called the Mid-Rivers location I normally use and within a 2 minute phone call and before I left the parking lot of the Page location Mid-Rivers was already mixing the paint and primer I needed. I drove 35 minutes one direction to get the paint I needed from a smaller location because these CLIRKS at Page location can not do their jobs correctly. Best part… I told the reps at the Mid-Rivers location about my experience and they informed me that at the Page location they do not care to service smaller companies. He said If you’re not a huge account then they don’t want to waste time on you. Thanks CLIRKS at Page location for a horrible experience and showing how you value your customers I’ve spent over $1500 in your store in the last week alone. This location profiles customers based on account volume and has very poor customer service.
