“I had a great experience with extra space storage. I moved in 4 and 1/2 years ago and it was very easy at the time and on move out with one day notice they did not charge me for any additional time and were able to close me out with my payments being up to date even though a new payment was due in 10 days. Wonderful transaction. Wally was very helpful in closing me out and if I need storage again extra space will be my first phone call.
After 4 1/2 years all of my items were in the same shape I left them. No cobwebs no rodents a very clean facility”

She treated every customer with the same respect and always greeted them by name whether on the phone or in person. The facility was clean! I love the location! Most of all I love the security cameras and latest technology to access the building! I feel like my belongings are as secure as it can get. “I want to say how thankful I am for the Extra Space Storage place... I was in the middle of a very unexpected and rough personal experience and had been referred to this place which wasn't open yet so I did the online rental thing which went SUPER SMOOTH then once it did open and I went to go get the unit and take my things up there... The lady in the office, Dakota Gerber, WAS ABSOLUTLEY PERFECT!! With the ordeal I was already being dealt for the day, she gave me comfort in being able to have a secure place for my important and sentimental items I needed to, she was very warm and welcoming and connected to me when I truly needed it most. She explained the details of my rental quickly and efficiently. Then showed me to my unit with a smile!!! “We moved today from our home to an apartment, as temporary living space while our new house is being built. That meant we also needed to move much of our belongings into storage.
The team from Simple Moves brought two trucks and five movers and had the trucks loaded in less than 3 hours. They then took most of our property to a nearby storage facility we rented, and when complete, drove to our apartment to finish the job.
As part of the day, I should say the guys did the unloading in the light rain, and at
the apartment, had to deliver to the third floor.
No complaints, just hard work. I would highly recommend Simple Moves when the time comes for a relocation.”
“This storage facility is one we have used for years and it has recently become cleaner, better run and more reliable than it used to be under old management. The current ON SITE manager is very helpful and took care of everything we asked about. There are regular hours and the phone is answered. I would use it again.”

We had to cancel a unit somewhere else and he made the process of canceling a unit from another store and transferring to his store as easy as possible. The facility was very clean and welcoming. Would 1000% recommend storing your belongings here in a heart beat.”
“Jim is just awesome ! He’s so informative and knows his stuff , I wasn’t left having questions about anything; he’s very helpful as well. Definitely would recommend this location to anybody who asks, or that is looking to store. Especially if you’re in healthcare. They have the perfect square foot sized units for storing records or anything work related that has to be kept under privacy previsions due to hipaa policy’s.”

“We hired McGuire for our office move in Clayton, MO yesterday and I honestly cannot put into words how AMAZING the experience was! Zach, Matt, and all of the guys were such gentlemen. They went above and beyond the call of duty - even assisting with securely packing up large Apple computers. We have a great deal of large artwork in our office, and the team crated and cared for it as well as the art gallery installers themselves.
They were not the cheapest - but they're the best! I will be recommending them to anyone I know moving (residential or commercial) - these guys are 10/10!”

The only thing is the rent can really jump after three months. So if you need it long term, pay several months in advance.”
