Texted and emailed two different artists, got zero feedback from the first one and the second dropped contact after a few messages. Not sure how you run a legitimate business if you can't even respond to texts and emails of interested clients.

Got a spontaneous matching tattoo with my cousin and we chose this location because of the amazing reviews - and they deserve every positive review they got! Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly. Our tattoo artist, Phil, was incredibly kind and made my cousins first tattoo a lot less scary. He provided excellent care instructions and honestly made the tattoo look better than the picture we showed him. Thank you!

If you are looking for top notch tattoos this is the place to go. I would trust any of the artists to give me a tattoo. I have been to Adriana I few times. The tattoos I got from her are always sick. She does a amazing job and explains how and what she is going to do before she even gets started. What sets them apart from other shops? Everyone of the artists are passionate about their art and you can tell it. You are not just another client to them. If I could give more stars I would. I highly recommend checking them out for your next tattoo.

Self Inflicted Tattoo Downtown is a tremendous place. Everyone is extremely kind, really the best people. Every artist is a master of their craft and are great at communicating and listening to their clients. Every artist offers something different to the shop in their own unique way, but as a whole the team can fulfill any tattoo dream you have possible. I am so grateful to have this shop in my life and I hope you make the right decision and get tattooed at Self Inflicted Tattoo in Downtown St Louis. Shout out to all the homies.

Got my work done by Mikah. Super professional, efficient, and highly skilled work. He did a fantastic job of tapping in to my ideas and wants even if I had a hard time explaining it myself. I hope to return for him to do more work on my other arm when the time and money is right.

Adriana is absolutely amazing! I'd wanted a Lana Del Rey portrait tattoo for yearsss, and I knew I specifically wanted a woman who's great at portraits to do it. Anyway, Adriana is hands down the best around for portraits or any sort of detailed tattoo. She's also very nice and understanding.
I've since gotten a Lucifer tattoo by her, and I definitely plan on coming back!

First of all everyone at the shop is so welcoming and professional. I have had the pleasure of working with Adriana to get some badass tattoos. She is the best so detailed in her work, caring, kind. It reflects in the care she takes to make sure everything is set to the highest standard. Her work is one of a kind.
Everyone there does great work I also had the pleasure of getting tattooed by Phil he was so nice and talented as well. 10/10 would recommend any artist there they are all full of talent. They will make you feel at home.

Justin did a great job on my walk-in orchid! It was my first tattoo and so far is healing nicely!
