Horrible office to deal; very unresponsive to customers. I have been trying to cancel a life insurance policy for months. It took forever to get ahold of them most of the times I tried (phone tag) and then they would tell me the person who could help with that would call me back later. Sometimes no one did, but a few times they did and told me they cancelled the policy only for me to get charged for it again the next month. This has happened multiple times and the policy is still not cancelled. I messaged them directly via State Farm app explaining this and asking them to cancel policy within next 10 days or I would move all policies to another office. They never replied. I have had additional issues with them in the past. I’m finally done and following through on transferring to a different agent.

Terrible office, disorganized, commit fraud against their clients, and will screw up your home and auto policy.
When you finally figure it out and try to recover your funds back Scott will be coincidentally missing and his revolving door of associates will never follow up.

Terrible experience with this agent. He Canceled my auto insurance due to a back office error of theirs. I then had a hail storm and had no insurance to cover the claim. The only reason I'm giving him two stars is because up until now they have been responsive in the most basic tasks like sending out cards , I haven't needed him until now - but now that I do he's nowhere to be found.
"Like a bothersome neighbor, State Farm is great at taking your premium but not great at living up to their end of the bargain when the time comes."

Absolutely terrible experience. Do not I repeat DO NOT make the mistake of getting a home or auto policy here.
They will screw up everything possible with your policy to the point that you your lien holder will have no clue you ever had insurance. When you try to get help Scott Holdridge will go into damage control mode to deny liability. Total snake and crook. This review does not do justice for how much of a headache you will have if you make the mistake of getting any insurance here.

I got rear ended a few weeks ago and wasn’t quite sure what to do next in order to get the ball rolling on getting my vehicle fixed. I called Scott and he was extremely helpful and walked me through the process. Everyone I worked with from Scott to the customer service department at State Farm was stellar!
