Terrible customer service. Bought cereal granola bars here and they were expired. Customer service attendant had jokes after I told her it was expired and I bit into it. Told me to go get another one; no apologies for having expired product, just go get another one. Then I go back to get another one and all 7 boxes on the shelf are expired. One was even from 2022 ?. The Schnucks family would say this is unacceptable. I worked at Schnucks for nearly a decade and this is not what Schnucks is about. Don’t recommend this location at all

This place used to be pretty good .. The new manager changed how some things are done and it's really bad . Some of the Workers now are not happy there and the customer service is suffering behind it . I frequently visit the store because it's so close to my home but if I'm spending my money I expect a better quality of service. 75 people in line and only two lines open... they never have all of the Self service machines working either they're broken down or simply turned off . I could go on but I'm sure you get the point and if you don't believe me, just stop by on a busy day .

Sierra Vista Plaza has lots of parking and have security vehicles patrolling their lot. Only incident I had was my wearing flip flops to store & I ended up flip flopping on pavement walking to my car. But, I was Kool, got up quick and blamed my shoes ? Grocery Store is at the Schnucks, I shop there but more recently get delivery from there. My Dentist is at far end of Plaza, she's Great. Every business there didn't survive the Pandemic but because Schnucks is such a large Grocer, there's plenty of traffic and there is a healthy looking place to shop. Once you get in check out lane at Schnucks, one can place an order for Chinese food at the plaza, & it's a quick stop before heading home. At the foot of Plaza there is Dentist, Beauty Shop & the Chinese takeout restaurant. Sierra Vista is a convenient place to shop ?

They have the worst fried fish ever I don't know who's back there cooking but they fish is horrible I like going to the one on Union and natural bridge when I tell you that they have the best fried fish this place right here it's disgusting I don't see how people can go there,they need to try the union and natural bridge.

They never have the right wine in stock. It’s been the fifth time if not more since ordering from Instacart. Gallo Watermelon wine is NEVER in stock here. Along with other wines. And it’s weird because they promote a wine club that they’re not even utilizing properly for customers to purchase.
