The pharmacist and her staff are the best at customer service anywhere. I am so glad to have such great care.

My husband and I just had our vaccine shots here, COVID and flu. We scheduled online and it only took 5 minutes. The person administering the shots was very nice!Came back a week later to look for some last minute gifts for kids. Selection was very poor and prices high. So it’s a great place to get your shots but not so much for shopping.

My daughter tried to walk in to get a vaccination for school but the mean woman at the minute clinic told her that she needed an appointment and that they were too busy to handle a walk-in. There were 2 people waiting to be seen. I would hardly call this busy. If you need an appointment that's fine but there is a nice way to say that. Maybe try, "I'm sorry, but we can't accommodate walk-ins right now but if you would like to make an appointment for tomorrow, we could definitely see you then." And try SMILING once in a while. I will NEVER shop at this CVS again.

I was leaving the store tonight on my way home from working at the store, listening to my headphones. I walked out the door and the manager or associate of the night followed me outside. She was yelling and having a fit. I had to go back in the store and find out what her problem was. She said that she said good night to me twice and I didn't respond. I told her that I had my headphones on. She didn't apologize for her temper tantrum, attitude, or behavior. I'm not sure what her name was because she wasn't wearing an ID. I'm also embarrassed for her for she looked like a fool.

I went to the CVS on Olive to get a Covid booster and the pharmacist doing vaccines was so rude, so I cancelled there and rescheduled for this location. They are so nice here! The blonde lady at the counter was quick, efficient and polite and I will come here for any future vaccinations! :)

I've been going to this CVS for a number of years. Previously, they've always provided convenient and friendly walk-in service, including a Flu Shot and my First Shingles Vaccine within the past few months. I went in Friday afternoon for my 2nd Shingles Shot, and was told the pharmacist had just left, to come back Saturday morning; No appointment needed, they were rarely busy Saturday mornings. I arrived a little after 9am, and was told by the pharmacist, "Scott", that they were booked solid all day, and I should try to make an appointment online. After 10 minutes of struggling with my phone to create an online account, I was able to book an appointment for 5 minutes later at the same CVS. They had open appointments ALL DAY. I walked back in, and the same pharmacist looked at me, saw my info in the computer, called me by name, and said he'd provide my vaccination momentarily. I Don't Appreciate getting medical services from people who lie to my face. Pretty sure that for my next prescription or flu shot, I'm headed back to Walgreens.

I was treated horribly by Ghazal in this cvs this morning. I gave her a $5 and spent .63 on candy, I was just getting change to tip Pei Wei down the street. She said NO you gave me a one and she opens her drawer and what do you know she put my $5 in the $1 spot. Instead of just apologizing and doing what a suppose be new manager would do she was just simply rude. I called to speak to the manager and she puts me on hold, comes back and said she's the manager and wouldn't transfer me and hung up on me. If this is what cvs considers a good candidate for manager, it makes me question them. I will be calling the district manager, they need to treat customers with some manners and not have this type of person working, how pathetic.

There is a CVS close to my house here in Creve Coeur , MO. Until my experience, I would go in at least once a week, I am in a rewards program and for the last experience I used my debit card. I bought a product that turned out expired, I went back a week after and notified them that their products were expired and they took them off the shelf. I also advised them that I would bring the product back for refund. Well a couple of days later I took the product but CVS says I can only get store credit. I advised that I did not need the Store credit, what makes you think I want to come back after selling me expired products. Dear CVS you do not get to apply the return policy when you sell EXPIRED products at this point it is your faulty, you should be able to credit the customer's form of payment.

I have shopped at CVS 12756 Oiive Blvd. since they opened at Schnucks at Bellerive. I have been very happy with the pharmacists who do a great job at trying at times to get a prescription filled as soon as possible. What I do not like is the recording of a prescription you need to have filled, everything on a refill. I prefer a live pharmacist.Aside from the recording, I give CVS Pharmacists a 10. They do a great job. I give the recording a zero.Mary Crofts

Now that this location is a CVS pharmacy rather than a Schnucks pharmacy it has gone downhill fast. They put my RX on hold and did not tell me, then admonished me for not calling sooner when I asked about the status of my medication. They have also given me the generic version of an RX without saying anything at checkout, leaving me to get home to find a medication that looked different and had a different name. I called them immediately about this and was told “it’s supposed to be policy to tell people that but it’s hard to remember.” I can only hope the carelessness of staff here does not hurt anyone.

Unbelievable service from Michelle. They didn’t have my medicine in stock so she offered to call other Schnucks pharmacy to check their availability and number available . This saved me hours of driving. She was so friendly and genuine on the phone. This is the best pharmacy service I have ever received! I will be going out of my way to visit this pharmacy because of their great service.

I moved to this area 4 years ago as a lifetime loyal Schnucks customer. This store is the closest one to my new home, but after numerous bad experiences I now drive out of my way to go to another store. The employees here are rude and often grumble about having to be at work, no baggers, etc. as you are checking out or asking for assistance at the deli or meat counter. You have to watch closely to be sure you aren't getting expired items, and the store is not as clean as other Scnucks stores. Avoid this store if you can, you'll be better off driving down the road a bit to another store!!

The Pharmacy at the creve coeur location does not answer the phone in a timely manner. The first time I called I gave up. The second time took 15 minutes to answer then they hung up on me. Last night I waited 35 minutes before I called the store manager. This morning I waited 12 mintes to complain to CVS customer service. I am stuck with CVS for a year because of my insurance. I am not happy. I did tell customer service that in the future I will wait 5 minutes before I call the store manager.
