CVS Pharmacy receives mixed reviews from customers. Some experiences highlight significant issues, particularly a lack of communication among employees, leading to confusion with prescriptions. One customer noted that a pharmacist was rude and abrasive, affecting their overall satisfaction. On a more positive note, many customers appreciate the improvements CVS has made compared to other pharmacies, such as Walgreens. They report getting orders right, having short wait times, and finding staff to be helpful and kind. One customer mentioned a particularly positive experience when receiving a vaccine, praising the pharmacist for being quick and gentle. The pharmacy is noted for its cleanliness, which is especially important to customers with allergies. However, some experiences still reflect frustrations, such as difficulties in scheduling vaccinations and navigating the automated system. Overall, while CVS has made strides in customer service, there are still areas needing improvement, particularly in communication and staff demeanor.

The CVS I now go to is a 100% improvement from the Walgreens I went to for many years. They get the orders right, the wait time is short and the people are helpful and kind. Goodbye Walgreens!!!!
