Staff members are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a generous selection of cameras, equipment, frames, etc. Photos are easy to access from your device for printing. They have 4 stations set up for providing this service. There is always someone available to help if you need it. Great company, great employees. Accessible location. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend Schillers!

I initially had positive experiences at Schillers Camera, having purchased two used cameras and two used lenses, along with one new lens. The initial purchase and the first sales representative I worked with were excellent. However, my satisfaction dwindled quickly.While I’m not an avid photographer myself, I am responsible for procurement on behalf of those who are. I took the time to set up our account for our employees to purchase their supplies from this business. Unfortunately, most of the retail associates (with a few exceptions) displayed rudeness.In my experience, when someone lacks knowledge in a certain area, it’s an opportunity to educate them in a positive and encouraging manner. However, these employees seemed more interested in showing off their knowledge and belittling others. I even witnessed an elderly lady leaving the store visibly upset, which should have been a red flag for me. Despite that, I continued visiting until I felt I might lose my temper with one of the representatives.Ultimately, I strongly support local family-owned businesses, but some of them need a reality check to ensure quality customer service. If they can’t address this issue, I hope that larger companies with good customer service practices will step in.

Shout out to Copper for his wonderful personality, friendliness and patience. He was wonderful assisting me to download my wedding pictures to get them printed off.I can't wait to see how my wedding pictures come out. Copper made my 1st visit there awesome. THANKS COPPER

I went into the store looking for a starter film camera and Frank (Store Manager) helped me find exactly what I needed and more! I left with a Nikon N6006, two rolls of film, a new camera strap, and a filter for my 28-70 RF—amazing customer service & so sweet. I love supporting shops like this that keep the love for film and photography alive. I highly recommend stopping in for anything you may need!

The people at Schiller's are fantastic and so is their service. I've used a bunch of labs for film processing but have run into issues either on the developing or scanning side. Schiller's has a good turnaround time, quality scans, and a competitive price. I've had no quality control issues and I appreciate their service.

super thrilled to have found this place. i am getting back to shooting film and this is the only place in the st. louis area that still processes in house. the man helping me was super knowledgeable and laid out all my options when i brought in 4 rolls to get developed. their selection of gear and used parts is extensive and i am excited to go back and check everything out. most importantly you can get your negatives back and their rewards program pays for itself pretty fast if you’re an avid shooter.

Most camera shops you go to very few customers but this one very busy and many sales people that were very knowledgeable about photography. If there is a complaint, This store could expand just so you had room to move due to the number of customers they had. A very impressive store.

Their rental department has always been amazing. I've rented gear in cities from here to Las Vegas and nobody else has put the work into helping me understand what I need and how it works like schillers! Best photo store in the Midwest.

Never been here before, was looking for a better zoom lense for my camera. I stood for a maybe a couple minutes and an older gentleman (unfortunately I did not catch his name) came up and assisted me, he knew exactly what I needed. When I got home and tested, it was perfect, the price was great and it has amazing quality as a used lense!

Great for all your film photography needs.I got a used Nikon lens for a great price (it's in good shape too), film development can be as fast as next day, and they have all sorts of accessories. All of this is served up by friendly staff too!

I am shooting at world wide technology race for NASCAR at got jammed up left the track at lunch ran to Schiller's (thank goodness they had it in stock) worked with me on pricing, on was back to shoot the race. This is why local shops need our support - Amazon eat your heart out. Customer service likes this beats your next day delivery hands down.

It’s kind of scary how knowledgeable every staff member is at schillers, from everything to backpacks, lenses, and everything else photography related. Their used equipment is also very nicely priced and cheaper than you can find online. Well worth checking out.
