My girlfriend attended a virtual class today and it was really good. I was intending to only be around providing drinks and snacks and things for the 2 hours, but I ended up very interested just as she was. We will be attending more.

Man oh man, do I love the team at Schillers. I rent from them all the time, so I work with Ray, Ray, and Cooper often. They are all so knowledgeable and helpful! I ask SO many questions and they are always patient and incredibly insightful. Their recommendations and advice have helped me greatly. I recently bought a new camera from them after trading in my old one and the process was seamless. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

After reading some reviews, I've decided to pitch in and add my own. I have visited Shillers quite a few times since moving here a few years ago. I have bought a new camera and maybe 3-4 lenses there, and my last visit a few days ago caused a used Sigma 24-70 DG DN to follow me home and I also got a fair trade in price on a lens. You see, I always checked out the used equipment shelves.
My experience with the store staff has been fine. I am usually greeted pretty quickly, although when they are busy, you might have to wait for someone to wrap up a sale.
I also enjoy talking to the sales people (like talking shop) as we really have the same interest. I'll be back.

Have been using this place for prints in my entire 10 years as a hobby- always satisfied. Bragged about their quality to a friend from rural Europe, who doesn't have access to a good print lab. She got some prints while visiting and received my first bad prints from them (weird color banding as if the ink was running out).
I felt like an idiot for hyping quality up to her, but a quick call with Jeff in the photo lab resulted in new and artifact free replacements, next day. Thanks Jeff!!!! 1 bad experience in 10 years that was fixed next day without question is excellent service, IMO. Help keep this local gem open!

My girlfriend broke camera earlier in the day and it was a very simple cheap camera that she had. we came in to the store looking for a another nice simple camera to be able to get her. and the workers there were able to help us out in a jiffy to get our problem solved. They were very knowledgeable and honest and i felt very taken care of. Will definitely by back on my next trip to the city

I contacted them about repairing an older Sony Camcorder, giving them the details, make, model, etc., and they told me $44.00 to send out to a Sony tech. I drove 20 miles to drop off my camera only to be told the cam is too old and Sony won't service it. Then they offered no apology for wasting my time, and they were acting like I was about to rob the place or something before they even spoke with me. Never coming here again, very poor and disgusting service.
Now they make things up. I will post the chat if I can find it on my end to prove what I am saying. I am very thorough when I follow up in life because of the work that I do, and I feel you're very disrespectful by avoiding the truth. I won't go there ever again. This I know is the truth.

This outfit charged me $138 to transfer a hour film to a DVD. Talk about rip off central. I would never go there again!!

After driving 3 hours one way, not to mention all the gas, we make a 2900.00+ purchase only to drive back home and the camera doesn’t work, or something we bought doesn’t work! My husband has stage 3 cancer and spent money he saved for a year for this only to get this aggravation. He is driving again, for 3 hours and spending all the money all that money for gas, again. Hopefully this will not happen another time. I may be more aggregated than he is for all he had to go thru. A long car ride for both of us with his health. I will say, the lady that waited on us was very nice.

After my husband returned to Schillers Camera this morning, they fixed the problem of a defective item, and reviewed his purchase to be sure there would be no more problems. They were very nice and apologized for the problem.
My husband will continue to shop this business and highly recommends them for photography needs.
