We were out of town and my contacts cracked in half. We did not have a replacement. We stopped by Sams Club thinking that we may be able to get a sample set (we did have a current prescription)We were greeted by Amy, the optical manager on duty on May 5th.She was very stern and informed us that the "policy" of Sams Club is that samples cannot be given out without seeing a doctor. We then asked to speak to a doctor and were told that without an appointment we could not.After this complete rejection, we went to Costco Optical and received a night and day difference in treatment. In 5 min we walked out of Costco with samples in hand after an ophthalmologist took time to match them to the prescription.What a difference between the two stores.

Hey everybody out there you're not gonna believe this but I just got gas for $2.70 a gallon at the Sams Club. Not sure how long the gas price will stay this way so get on down here now I came all the way from Chesterfield just to get gas here also filled up my 5 gallon lawnmower tank for only $2.77 a gallon. Now you know so here you go. Love y'all happy shopping!

Follow up to last. Review after getting assured the tire department manager would call me to set appointment for tire repair and rotation no call and no appointments available. This experience with Sams Club tire department is extremely disappointing and even after making attempts to get to a corporate representative still no satisfaction. Bottom line never trust your safety to this Sams Club tire department.

Beware if you order online for store delivery!Here's the problem...the order goes through the web but comes from the store. If there is a problem with an order than the only way to be refunded is at the store. If I wanted to go to the store I wouldn't have ordered delivery. This time they completely didn't include an item in my delivery but other times they have sent me items missing pieces. The customer service is not good. The last time I went to the store with an issue (they sent me half dead floral) I had to bring the half dead flowers into the store. On top of that the customer service rep seemed to not believe me. I use delivery services to save me time but situations like this cost me time. If they sell items on line then they should reconcile items with the store. Walmart doesn't have these issues with delivery so it doesn't make sense why Sam's can't integrate their online system with the stores.

I came in with my girlfriend to get a membership card here and Mrs. Stella Moore was very helpful and attentive she was very patient and thorough in explaining the difference between the plus membership and generic membership card. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS CLUB!!!!! I had nothing but negative, hurtful, and unethical experiences working on the Health and Wellness side of the Sam's Club Crestwood location. Corporate even dropped the ball in reprimanding those responsible for allowing unethical practices to continue. These UNETHICAL PRACTICES directly affected our loyal patients, valued members, and long-time employees. The company has since done nothing after I reported all managers to the Ethics Team, instead

We are in the middle of a Pendemic, A. Either require or at least strongly recommend that customers use face masks. [1/2 or more today were not.] Tell them to stay six feet away from other shoppers. Especially when they are practically shouting at their friends and don't have masks on. Please fix the scan & go software so it works so we don't have to dealing with the same scanning devices as everybody else. Please provide hand washing stations both coming and going. At the moment 52,000 people have died of this pandemic in US and 200,000 or more globally. This is not too much to ask.

After calling and receiving confirmation that they had a Nintendo switch in stock, I went through crazy traffic to get to the store. I attempted to acquire help from three different employees with no luck. So I just took the paper card to pay for the item. They searched for over twenty minutes for the item and could not find it. Neither of the two managers were available when pages on the walkie talkie. I continued to wait. The incompetency is this business is astounding. We knew we'd be losing quality when we went from Costco to Sam's but we didn't realize it would be this terrible. After almost thirty minutes they found it in the wrong place. The manager was still not available. I'm not sure how a company can survive with such gross unprofessionalism and ineffective customer service.
