I come here to shop and get gas often, My issue is the car wash is always closed, I don't understand that machine breaks down more than any car wash I ever been to, when I tried to call to speak to customer service it takes you through all the departments then when you press zero for customer service you get a recording send the number has been disconnected

The club is ok, does not stock as many items as other clubs. Seems extremely short staffed. Especially difficult to get help with jewelry. Waited 20 mins for someone to come over last week and over 20 mins today. I am still here waiting . . .

Don't bother calling. If you select member services, it either hangs up at 60 seconds of ringing or transfers you to a disconnected number. Useless.

Terrible service. I bought four new tires and the kid who was supposed to change them tried to pry off three hubcaps that were locked. How can a tire technician not know that there are locking hubcaps? After filing a claim with their insurance, they promised to bring the car into the shop in 15 minutes. 2 hours later the car still hasn't been touched and we're going to the hassle of asking for a refund.

I have gone to this sams for 5 or so years. The store is still fine, but the past few times I've gone, the customer service has been terrible. Tried to order a cake from the bakery and stood there waiting for a long time for anyone to respond, and when someone did come up to the counter, they were extremely rude. Then, the next time I went, the person at the door was making rude remarks at customers trying to navigate the new exit process. She did not offer an explanation or help. She just yelled at the customer. If the service was better, the store would be good. Never had any issues getting what I needed or quality issues. However, the recent drop in customer service makes it a miserable in store experience.

This was my first time at this location. Honestly, it was no different than any other sams club that I've been to. They have great deals, tons of stock, and staff that doesn't stalk you through the store. As always, the scan and go feature of the app saved us a ton of time. I know some of the reviews of this location are bad, but you should give a shot before you make a decision.

I'm a SAM's plus member and let me tell you, customer service in this location at Manchester Rd is HORRIBLE!!! BAD ATTITUDE!! WILL NEVER GO TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN!!

This location has always been one of the better locations, until recently. I don't mind that the store is under construction, but i had the worst encounter with a Cashier today and I have to speak about it. Jessica took it upon herself to ruin the reputation of Sam's club today. Not only was she incredibly vindictive and rude to my family, even the presence of her manager did not improve her mood or capabilities, which tells me this store is no longer what it used to be. I think the worst part is that even the other workers understand how much of a problem this person is, because when I brought it up, the knowing look on their faces said it all. I felt blatantly disrespected and taunted into writing this scathing review about her, so the ball's in your court now Jessica.

Refused to install Sam's Club purchased tires from another club that has a broken lift because they didn’t get credit for the sale. Told I need to return these tires and order the same tires from Sam's website to be delivered to them so they get credit for the sake despite how inconvenient that is for the customer. Refused to let me talk to the area manager

Just when I think there is no customer service left then I met Rachel at the Manchester Sams. I came in because I have a app on my phone that locates lost items and in this case it was a wallet and it showed the last place that it was was at Sam’s after we had shopped there on a Sunday afternoon but I didn’t know how to work the app. Rachel kindly took her time to help me navigate through the app and unfortunately the wallet was not found until I was able to get home and found it in the washing machine hats off to Rachel. She was a great help she’s an asset to Sam’s Club
