What's the use of being plus members? (paying 2 memberships per year for me and my wife)
We bought few groceries today using your scan and go, basically saving you dollars from paying more staff in the register. However, upon exit we were flagged as if we are doing something bad! Our items were examined and counted one by one, and we only have 8 items in that cart! Your staff at the door could just have scanned them straightforward without us being embarrassed of having them counted one by one! In the end, the staff find nothing unusual in our cart! I will never use that scan and go again if there are other options! We were so embarrassed and at the same time frightened.

We're always able to find what we need and if we need assistance anybody can help you or find someone whom can. We love the scan and go it makes it so much easier. No waiting in line to pay. Plus you can also order from your house and they will deliver it.

I was here on 5-31 to get tires. For the 3rd time in my experience with this Sam’s club tire center they canceled my appointment because no one showed up.
6-1 I had a tire rotation and balance at 11:00. I stood at the counter from 10:45-11:20 for someone to even talk to me to check me in. During that time a worker walked past me to clock in and the. Walk past me again and NEVER said a word to me or even come back after walking past twice to see if I needed help
People at the service desk saw me waiting and not one of those people offered to help me.
Update. My 11:00 appointment is a finally done with my tire rotation and 1 tire repair from a nail at 12:45. I was told this would take 45 minutes.

Let me just give a huge Shout OUT to Eric in automotive!! My Tiguans wiper blades were like stuck ?. I tried and tried to pop the darn things out (since I typically do this myself) and couldn't get it.
On a SUPER busy, understaffed day Eric was able to fight my finicky vehicle and install the new wipers I so desperately needed!! Thank you Eric!! Fantastic customer service!!

So today I got my tires rotated and did my shopping. I decided to walk around to see if my vehicle was done after I did my shopping since they hadn't yet called me and had receipt checked.
I saw it was parked so proceeded back to the entrance and asked the lady at the door if I could leave my cart with her so I wouldn't have to go back to the other side and have receipt checked again. She said to just keep the cart with me, so I go to the auto center register (within view of her). Within a minute, I start to leave, and she starts telling me rudely. I need to go around to the other side and have my receipt checked. I told her that was ridiculous as I had just talked to her so I wouldn't have to do that and she proceeded to yell at me and just made a huge scene as I kept walking to my vehicle. I would have left the cart on the sidewalk had I realized she lacked common sense.
Please hold training or something. This was today around 130pm.
Edit. Impressed- management called me but didnt leave a specific number and the callback voucemwil gives me is the store number- pressing 0 just rings but impressive they ar3 addressing this. The same response on most reviews made me think nothing would be done but they do read and address them! There's several specifically about the door person. tire department has terrible service cant get anyone on the phone i paid for the tires last week they have them i am driving on a tire with cords popping out and my one rim is sitting on the floor right where i left it last week this place is useless i am going to pick up my tires now and find someone to mount them . when you call you get someone in another country you can not understand and they can not help like shopping there but tires are not their specialty and there is absolutely no costumer service thats for sure i am sure it will take a act of congress to get my rim and new tires out of there

last couple of months store has gone down the drain. when leaving and being scanned out of the store. lines are usually back towards pharmacy before management or another employee gets involved shorten the line.
