Sam's Club isn't a bad place to shop but depending on the location, speaks loudly. The one in Ferguson is questionable and if you have a complaint, make sure you speak to a supervisor and verify it. Also the price of Sam's club gas prices aren't much different from other gas stations.

Just FYI the Saturday hours are not 9am-8pm for club members. They will turn you away at the door because in order to enter at 9am on Saturday morning you need to have the Plus membership 4 employees verified this on a Saturday morning with hours posted outside that said 9am. I even called the St. Charles location to make sure I could come in and they said yes why wouldn't you. So please just drive to the St. Charles location because they are open at 9am to EVERYONE and spend your money there!
Edit: So after I verified on their website that their hours for regular members on Saturday are 9am I called and asked why I was turned away at the door. All 4 employees close to the front told me I couldn't come in til 10am when the hours on the website said 9am. The lady that answered the phone said that they all realized 5 mins after I left that it was Saturday and countinued to explain that an employee died 3 days ago. And everyone couldn't think straight. All 4 employees thought it was Friday morning on a Saturday morning. She apologized for the old lady at the door and herself and the 2 others. I told her if they all can't focus on their jobs maybe they shouldn't have opened. She then hung up on me! So please just go somewhere else.

They don't have a discount on gas. It's the same as all the stations in the area. You're being cheated if you expect a membership discount.

This is the place to shop in bulk. Great deals!! They also have samples of some of the products on certain days they sell. The Cafe' is Amazing & Reasonably priced!

I AM a fan of the Sam's Club and utilize the app n curbside when shopping but was alittle bothered that when guys that work outside called in today for superbowl Sunday..NO ONE helped the one guy that closed to clear the whole lot..NO ONE helped..but you had a couple inside workers in their car for about 15mins before they went back in the store to clock out I'm sure.. but they are asked to help restock inside on occasion. I feel that is a double standard of treatment when all those young people do a great job on recovering those carts that we leave everywhere on the lot.
