I ordered from this business in June. They have my money, BUT I don't have the item I ordered. I've called and emailed several times and have gotten absolutely NO RESPONSE. I am disappointed and not at all impressed with this business. Beware!

I live in NC so won’t have the opportunity to go to this store, but I highly recommend buying on their website! I became obsessed with a crazy expensive Bunny Williams lampshade and this is the Only place on the internet where I could get it shipped for free (over $175 ships free) Thank you so much for offering this to customers!

We had a wonderfully experience buying our mattress here. We wanted a Royal Pedic Matress and this was the place to buy them in Saint Louis. They had an entire section of bedding so we were able to complete everything we needed for our new bedroom. The store associate was very knowledgeable and helped fill in the gaps on things we didnt know. 10/10 experience.

I understand why the reviews are 1 star and 5 stars. I recently made a very large purchase here, and got amazing 5-star service. The same nice clerk who helped me was unavailable to be present when I picked up my order, and a different clerk working the desk was unwelcoming and rude. She made it clear that I was annoying her, by picking up my items. I wished I could have returned my order. Beware: their policy states that they don't take back items that were on sale. I know it's unfair to the nice clerk who helped me, but I won't ever take the chance of coming near that nasty clerk again...especially not at those premium prices.

What an incredible wedding registry experience it was to work with Pollie at Sallie Home! She helped us along the way with ideas, showed us many, many options and just made us feel at home! Pollie made what could have been a stressful and tough experience one that was so fun and we will never forget. Thank you for guiding us and providing so many beautiful, functional options for us that we cannot wait to fill our home with. What a delight Sallie Home is! Thank you Pollie!

I needed organic cotton bed pillows to use when I take an allergy treatment next week and to use for three weeks afterwards. I ordered them online from another company, and that company hadn't sent me an email about the order shipping after over two weeks. I emailed them, called them, left two messages, and finally left a message saying it was too late and to cancel the order. I ordered some pillows from Sallie Home online Saturday night. Contrary to the other reviewer, I found the lady I talked to at Sallie Home, VERY helpful. I talked to her on my first call this morning (Monday morning), and she told me these pillows were special ordered from Royal Pedic, the maker, and would be drop shipped from them. She offered to call them and find out how soon they could ship them. I checked my phone an hour or two later, in the early afternoon, and there was a message from her that they could ship them to me today, the price, and to call back and let her know if I wanted her to proceed. I called her, and she ordered them in time to ship today. If I lived closer (I'm 862 miles away), I'd go there to shop and - as I used to tell my kids - "look with my eyes" only, not touch and move things, but rather talk to the nearby employee, ask questions about items I was interested in, and probably buy something, if not for myself, for a gift. Like it was with my kids, I didn't want them to touch with their hands for fear that something could be damaged. If they have valuable merchandise on display, maybe they're just trying to make sure it's not dropped, etc. I can't remember the name of the helpful lady I talked to, but she's the person who answers when you chose the second option on their phone system, the option that is about web orders. If you're ordering from out-of-town, try calling. Most of these reviews are old. Maybe they've changed their management style to "helpful" since the older reviews were written.

Our visit today was very upsetting. My boyfriend and myself came in today to look for bedding. Disappointingly annoyed by the associates that were anything but welcoming. There is nothing more un-inviting than having a worker follow you around the store correcting/rearranging EVERY single item and bed sheet you touch and feel RIGHT after you touch it!! Well if you want people to leave your store immediately that’s the way you do it folks.
The worst part is we actually like the merchandise but can not stand feeling like we are not welcome..

While they may have a nice selection of products, their business practices are questionable. I placed an order in November, was charged in full in December, and my order has still not shipped. Nothing on their website indicated that the product was not in stock or was a special order. Calling them is a waste of time as no one ever answers the telephone. They are polite in their email responses, but keep giving me shipping dates that are either not met or state that they'll check on it with the manufacturer and get back with me. They never get back with me unless I email them again. I would not order from them again and would discourage others from doing business with them as I get the feeling that, if I didn't repeatedly follow up with them, they would gladly take my money and never ship the order. I've given them until the end of the month to ship the order or cancel it and refund my money. Wish me luck as I may be contacting my credit card company for a refund if Sallie doesn't come through.
