I love my car and generally take care of it myself. So when issues come up that I can't fix, taking it to the mechanic is always severely anxiety inducing. RPM diagnosed my problem (in minutes), provided the fix, pointed out a few other problem areas (offered to fix those, but they're things I'd prefer to do myself), and were able to perform some much needed preventative maintenance that I don't have the skills or tools to do.
They know what they are doing and never tried to upsell me on things I didn't need. I love that they provided me with options of each individual item they could perform, why, and let me choose which ones to do. Highly recommended.

Loved this place, I felt very welcomed. Came in for an oil change but I knew there’d be other issues with my car which I expected. Everything I needed done was explained, they even showed me some of what was needed to be done because it was important to do at my visit. Everyone was super cool which made me feel like it was a great place I could trust them with my car. 10/10 would recommend and go again.

Needed an emissions test ASAP and called up RPM because they were right down the street from me. They told me to go ahead and bring in my car right away and they'd take care of me. Got me in and inspected within 15 minutes! Additionally, lobby was very clean with more offerings than typical stale coffee and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Highly recommend RPM!

Incredible group. After my last mechanic closed, I stumbled on RPM car care. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Next day appointment, quick service, thoughtful, intelligent repairs and great follow up to make sure I was satisfied after I went home.

While visiting my daughter, sil, and grandson, we noticed a screw in one of her tires while she was out of town. After trying several national chains with a wait time of several days, we stopped into RPM and talked to TJ about our problem. He immediately stopped doing what he was doing and walked out to inspect the tire and advised us of our options and what we would likely expect from each. In the end, we asked to be quoted for a new tire and TJ was able to get it into the shop and have it installed the next day (same day was an option for them but not for us). There was no pressure - just a willingness to help with whatever was needed. His kindness and professionalism were genuine; the final bill was even lower than the estimated quote. In a time where customer service seems to be waning, I would highly recommend RPM to provide you an honest evaluation in whatever your auto needs may be. You won't be disappointed!
