Dawn should not be in charge while the manager is on vacation. The store was in total chaos. She yelled at me twice, when I was very polite. There was a long line and no cashiers. She came up to the cash register and helped someone that wasn’t in line, called her manager on vacation because she couldn’t handle a simple situation . All on speaker phone. First and last time to shop at a Ross store.

Super super super rude workers. Extremely disrespectful. I have never had an experience like the one I just did. Never again to this Ross. Tall skinny woman with an Afro is crazy rude. If there was a 0 star, it would be this one.
System to get in was like jail. We were followed around as if we were stealing something. Tall skinny attitude woman yelled at us to leave, after another worker had just told us and said it loudly.

I had a good experience at Ross Dress for Less. There were many great finds, and the cashier was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we couldn’t try anything on because the dressing rooms were closed, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, we like the shop and plan to return.

Other than the weird security feature that makes the security guards stand there with you for some time before you can come in it was a great experience. Can't say I'll be back soon though. The other store doesn't do that. Totally weird

Could have more options. Ross always has empty shelves and limited variety. Decent prices.Updated review 4.6.24: This place feels like you're going for visitation at the prison. I went today, and there were four loss prevention agents at the front. There are barriers to entry and egress. I mainly go here for cheap dog supplies and home decor items. I'm starting to wonder if feeling uncomfortable is worth going here anymore. It wouldn't be like this if it was a TJMaxx or Marshalls. I hope their lease doesn't get renewed.

U can not directly enter this store. They have it literally roped off and someone standing inside to 'allow' you to enter. Makes me say never mind. A shame u have to do all of that. It's not like that in the suburbs or more affluent areas.
