ReNew Centennial is a nice place to live. The location is pretty good and the office staff Jade, Leonna, and Alicyn are a pleasure to work with!

affordable nice starter apartment. Some issues due to how old these buildings, like the windows that don't insulate very well and plaster walls. In summary would rent again

I lived in 2 units with them Trilogy then Renew; 2 bedroom & 3 bedroom. My disabled parents also lived here.I would NOT recommend anyone live here for the following reasons:• Mold due to no exhaust fans in restroom• Poor insulation• Old low quality single pane windows•Mice, Mice, Mice• Unqualified maintenance(they left our furnace on with a gas leak.Had we not called the fire department, we could have died)• Endless drainage issues• Old plaster walls that are peeling• My disabled parents had a squarrel get into their apartment.• The new manager told us that it was a waste of time to move us into a new unit because we would have all the same issues.• Our new vehicle was stolen from right in front of our door.• The trash containers are often overflowing. The entire complex should be demolished like the units on Delmar to make room for livable homes. They should be ashamed to signed people up to live here!I lived on 700 block of West Canterbury& 8600 block of Kingsbridge Drive.Do NOT live here!!!!!

Unfortunately, I had a very unprofessional experience with this leading team. After touring their apartments in November, I was shown an apartment available in January that has a great deal. I was initially looking to move in December but was convinced to wait til January when this deal opened up.After applying (and paying the admin fee and application fee) I was told the deal was not eligible unless I paid in December. No harm, whatever. I receive a document detailing the move in date but no other info. Fast forward to the end of December, I am trying to reach out over email for confirmation and more info. I am finally contacted a week before my expected move in date and am told the unit I applied for and paid the application fee for was given to someone else. They are now requesting I pay the application fee AND admin fee again for a different available unit. Dustin, the leasing agent, stated he forgot to tell me they only hold units for 30 days after the application is submitted AFTER suggesting I apply for a unit in January. Completely unprofessional leasing team and ridiculous business practices.I was more than willing to take another unit but requesting an additional $300 just to apply again after their mistake is unbelievable.

Please don't sign no lease with them!!! Completely unprofessional, nobody answers the phone but every time you come into the office nobody is on the phone. But the phones are beeping a red dot. I haven't even been here for two weeks and already dealing with here say. Tricked me when I signed for the move in special. My move wasn't smooth at all and now I currently have my attorney involved because they like to insult ppl intelligence alot. You have been warned!!!

This new team is really dedicated to making things right. They took care of my maintenance concerns right away. Marcus is one of the maintenance team members and he goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with any repair or concern you have. Thank you! ?

Had challenges in the move-in process but staff (Felecia and Clarissa) were helpful and we both workout solutions. They were very supportive. I am happy about the apartment. Being a large community, most definitely there will be some delays in services requested but all in all, I give them a 5-star. Looking forward to a great experience throughout my leasing period.

Do NOT trust the showing unit. DO NOT sign until after you have seen your ACTUAL unit and have closely inspected it yourself and are satisfied. I wish I had.Been paying for my unit since May. Living in it since July. It has YET to pass health inspection. My conditional occupancy permit has expired. The issues that caused the inspection failure have not been fixed. They were supposed to fix them within 60 days of the first failed inspection. They have not. It has been 3 months. And yes, I have recently alerted the proper departments at city hall about the issue. When the maintenance employees show up they are always professional and pleasant. You can tell that they are great at what they do. I just wish they could keep enough of them around to actually keep up with the place.

Very disappointed??,after struggles of getting leased ,room failing inspections many times…we finally got in, I doubt any of the staff can sleep or cook a meal in the apartment we were given. Very dirty rooms, they keep adding paint to the walls and they are all out of shape…cobwebs in the window glasses….the kitchen cabinets omg, they look like caves…everything in the rooms is annoyingly , old fashioned, and not worth the price. Its only the outside environment that looks well kept and beautiful. You only get a shock when you enter the rooms.Be realistic guys, the pictures you post are totally the opposite of what you sell..very unfortunate!

My AC has been out for over a week, I have had 3 different maintenance technicians comes and inspect all saying the compressor is out. Haven't gotten a clear indication on when it will be fixed or when the new compressor will arrive for installation. They offered no portable AC unit as they couldn't find any. I tried calling property management 6 times left voicemails and emails. Finally today they answer their phones but can't provide me with any further assistance. The new staff at this community have really dropped the ball when it comes to care and safety for their residents.

This is for the Creve Couer leasing office. I began the application process on July 14th for a 1BR … I was approved and I had to play landlord with the constant follow up on the status of my application because they did not include the renter’s special so the lease had to be updated. It took FOREVER and no one followed up with me. I would either call and get no answer or get the runaround saying the managers are constantly in meetings. I was supposed to move in August 1 but got pushed back a couple of weeks due to AC issues in my unit… it was like pulling teeth trying to get the updated lease because the processes at that leasing office are very cumbersome and you have to wait for the manager to approve the paperwork.. I found myself calling to three times a week to get an update so I was able to pay my security deposit and no response. I finally snapped on one of the office staff and I was able to get my agreement within five minutes but then it was back to waiting AGAIN for my new application to become approved from management. The management is horrible and everything is placed on one leasing agent. I understand that they are going through a big re-branding, new staff and new systems but it all comes down to communication with the tenants. They placed me in limbo because I didn’t even receive a welcome letter nor an updated application and I was week out from moving so I decided to cancel the application because I shouldn’t have to fight that hard to Get an apartment. I am so happy I canceled that application because if it takes this long to get a signature, I can only imagine how long it will take if something were to happen maintenance wise. Not worth the stress or worry.

Poorly ran neighborhood by an understaffed management and maintenance team. Work orders have been sitting for months before being addressed to include my windows and plumbing. After my AC was fixed, it was still not working to the standard it should be. I’ll set the AC to 72 on a hot day and it will only go down to maybe 86. On top of that, I have a dog living in this heat too. Next, they never marked my garage as occupied so they took my things out and I had to go to the office to address it since I cannot call them directly without going to an offsite service, which by the way never actually helps you. I would break the lease and move out early, but I also don’t want to give this company more money than they deserve through fees. They make this neighborhood very difficult for me to recommend to others.

ReNew Centennial has to be, without a doubt the worse location at which I have ever rented. Throughout an entire year my roommate and I have had major plumbing issues and maintenance issues which the office has absolutely neglected and refused to collaborate on us to get it fixed. We were not taken seriously and were disrespected up to the corporate representative never responding to our pleas for help. If you are thinking about moving in here, DO NOT. It is not cheap, and you will be getting a management team that will not move a single finger they aren't absolutely forced to help you in any regard.

Didn’t pass inspection and still allowed people to move in. Air in unit does not work but they don’t care.. beware of this place. Kitchen is very small and outdated and stove looks like an adult version of an easy bake oven. They gave a garage that was being used by someone else. So many ?
