Banking with Simmons is like going back in time...way, way back in time. Nothing works! Your frustrations are met with zero customer service on all levels. This is the truth. Avoid Simmons at all cost.

If you have a money market account and a checking account with these people and their debit card, beware. If your checing account gets low they will not pull funds from the money market to the checking to cover youn debit card. Sad example of a bank. I'm leaving for a more professional organization.
