I have been banking with Regions for years. I've lived in multiple states and gone to different Regions banks all over. I have always felt like employees go above and beyond my expectations. This is the anomaly in the system. Customer service is abysmal at best. The tellers act like you're a nuisance, and they're doing you a favor or by even acknowledging you. And God forbid you need something out of the ordinary completed. When I moved to my new home, I was pretty happy there was a Regions at the end of my block. It's a darn shame it's the only one with lackadaisical employees.

Their alarm goes off for hours and hours every weekend and they never do anything about it. Cops don’t do anything and no one at the bank ever responds. We live across the street in a living hell day and night praying for someone to come and demolish the bank so we can finally sleep. Nothing has ever made me yearn for death more than this bank.

Okay this regions is my favorite. Every time I go in there it seems like something crazy is happening and it's always the client being annoying or angry they can't do something when the bankers are literally just doing their job. Ppl are annoying so I feel for the workers. But anyway everyone I've met here has been amazing and never judgemental and always tries to look for the easiest solution to any problem. Love this location :-)

This is the absolute slowest regions in existence. Do not come here if you are short on time. After almost 30 minutes of waiting in the drive through and inside, I still wasn’t able to be helped. Horrible.

I have to brag on this bank… I went in with no intentions of opening an account. I was only picking up western union money. When the time came for the teller to ask my job occupation I was shy and a little anxious to answer because I’m one of those online models. Even though i earn taxable legitimate income it is still frowned upon. I’ve found that many banks make me feel uncomfortable when they know how I make my income thus why I was nervous to answer her question. After answering her sheepishly I heard a reassuring comment behind me from James (he seemed like he might have been in training for loan management etc..) he quickly made me feel secure and confident by reassuring me and saying “I just want her to know there’s no judgement here and she is welcome here “ this experience has changed my intentions with this bank. & now I will be switching to Regions instead of Bank of A . Thank you for making me feel welcome James ?

The frontline bankers were fantastic. However, as a banking institution, they were inept and parasitic when it came to closing banking accounts for a deceased family member-- they would not inactivate the accounts so that reoccurring charges ceased after being presented with a death certificate, they would not release information to the deceased family that was necessary for a judge's order to close the accounts; and, after months of legal appeal to obtain a judge's order without the information that Regions could have legally supplied the order to close the accounts, they would not refund hundreds of dollars of monthly reoccurring bank charges (due to the deceased not using the accounts because they were dead). A process that should have taken no longer than a couple of months took years due to inconsistencies in policy enforcement at the local, regional and national level; and Regions profited from the dead account holder during those years. Beware of Regions' inconsistent policies and unfettered unethical profit motive during times when you need your bank to care about its customers the most.

1 star because it wouldn't let me leave zero stars.. Make sure that you don't go here too early, the staff will be no help. Horrible customer service, I'm done with Regions after 18 years.

If you have a Regions Now card you will be treated like you are not a valuable customer. They limit just about everything you can do. Stay away from this product. Pain in the butt. It's not the branch's fault it's Regions fault. This card causes nothing but confrontation. Update. I went in on 12-02-19 to deposit a check from my employer who also uses Regions. I was told because I have a NOW card it's considered a non customer transaction. I'm not a customer now even though I have a Regions product. Wow. update I switched over to a regular regions credit card in a regular regions checking account in the service is much better and you can do way more on theI really preferred the NOW card but it is not an option if you want to get decent service. The manager was actually very very nice when I was upgrading all of my and I was very impressed how he walk me throughthank you very much I have a whole different opinion of regions Bank. I think I will be a customer for a very long time.
