Had a great experience here. I called ahead and they held the boots for me. The two ladies who welcomed me as I entered the store were friendly, attentive and willing to figure out my awkward payment preference on the day. Store was clean, bright, airy and I did not feel any sales pressure. What more could you want? In a time of online shopping I will be making the 20 minute drive again in the future for my footwear needs. Can't beat the real deal in-person customer service experience. Rare these days. Nice one ladies!

Qor-...I mean Cordelia is an amazing and extremely lovely person. She helped me find the perfect pair of yeehawin boots I needed and even helped with the insoles. She was very informative and I could not compliment her enough, very lovely to work with. 10/10 would buy again. :)

After struggling with finding a good pair of boots a friend told me about his experience at redwings, and he was not elaborating! The staff was amazing. They measured my dimensions and brought out multiple pairs of boots until I found the perfect pair. Cannot recommend this place enough! Thanks for all of the information and attention to detail! Repeat customer for sure.

Bought a pair with in 2 months they tore up so I took them back and they gave me the same pair and I had to pay 40.00 dollars!! Then the second pair did the same thing with Ina month and a half I just took them up there and got treated like I was a liar then they called the police on me! The lady up there is very un pleasant ad.vey rude! So now I'm out the money and I still have a messed up boot how can a co pay treat customers like that??
