I recently visited Ray's to get some engravings done. While I was there I bought a bracelet for my daughter's graduation gift and also had that engraved as well. The engravings all came out beautifully, I am very satisfied with the work and the price. They even mentioned while I was in that they were looking into a new laser engraver, that would be incredible. Thank you for your great service, I will be back.

Stacy is very kind and replaced all my watch batteries in a timely manner for a really great price. She even reset the dial on my G Shock for no additional charge.

Always helpful but they aren’t pushy at all which is nice when I’m just shopping around Altho I always end up coming back to purchase because they really can’t be beat dunno why I keep shopping around ?

I went here because my mother gotten good service here in the past. I on the other hand was not so lucky. I took in a ring for a simple downsizing and it looked terrible when i got it back. I took it back and the attempt to fix it is even worse. At this point I'm afraid to even have them touch it again!

I been going to Ray's for years. For repairs and buys jewelry and cleanings. This time I took a tennis bracelet in that needed a new clasp. At first I was told they could not help me because they did not have anything that would match up. But the lady was under standing when I told her it was a gift from my husband and all I wanted to do was be able to wear it. So she took it and told me she would see if there was anything they could do. They text me asking if I would be fine with the clasp they came up with and I told them that would be perfectly fine. I don't think they changed me for the clasp only the work. I was vary have with the job they did on it. Came out really nice for it not matching up. Five stars from me all the way.

I took this ring there it was a size 7 they made it a size 12 and did excellent work and very reasonable they do excellent work there I recommend them In the future they will have my business thank you

I have a ring of my grandmothers, who passed away 10 years ago. I was devastated when it broke in half. I took it up to Ray's to see if it could be fixed. The ring was repaired within DAYS. Having this ring whole again healed my broken heart. This family owed jewelry store will ALWAYS get my business.The staff is friendly, selection is very vast and the store is incredibly pristine. Not to mention, turn around time for repairs is unbeatable.

Ray's is the only jewelry store I go to. Stacy is very knowledgeable and friendly. She makes you feel comfortable plus she's very talented at making jewelry. I often bring in loose gem stones and she makes the most wonderful pieces. Their prices can't be beat
