Customer service here is awful! I always get scared when I have to come here because I just know I'll be treated poorly, but as someone who's chronically ill, I have to come a lot. The employees are so condescending and just overall miserable, terrible people. Don't come if you can help it. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I'm sure people have lost their jobs when having to use this location. There is no parking in the central west end as usual. The parking garage you're directed to is closed, and you can not get ahold of a person at this lab by the phone number provided for it. It's a 2 hour plus want as a walk-in. I'm asking my potential employer to change the location and praying that I don't lose this opportunity over this ridiculous excuse of a lab

wish i could put zero stars. i’m posting this while waiting for the second half of my lab test and trying not to cry because of how i was treated by the person doing my testing. they treated me like i was stupid, talked over me, and laughed at me when i asked for clarification. people like this are the reason people put off seeking care. do better. if you work with people, especially vulnerable people, you need to treat them like people. not acceptable.

No parking. For real. I scheduled and drove to Quest, and the parking lot is residential only. I drove around for 15 minutes and missed my appointment because everywhere I tried to park was either restricted or full. I literally never made it in the door. I tried to call and ask where to park, but even though they have a local phone number there are no options but automated ones and you can't even leave a message. Never again.

I have had a lot of blood work in the past 2 years and every time I go I have a different phlebotomist. And every single one has been excellent! I struggle with needles and getting my blood drawn but at this quest I don't feel a thing and they are so kind and understanding. This is the only quest I go to in St. Louis.

My fiancé is an almost impossible stick, she gets so nervous every time she has to have blood work! She usually ends up having to go to hospital for ultrasound. Either way, (sp) Marquetta I think was her name! Was AMAZING!! At the 40 N Kingshighway location! Took her time, listened, and only stuck Ashley 1 time!! Thank You! You are an Angel Marquetta (I hope you see this!!) We need more people who care like you in the industry!! Thank You Thank You Thank You!!!

Do not go to this Quest location. The office is understaffed and very disorganized. I made an appointment, and arrived on time. Signing in was difficult on the kiosk and one of their employees came out to assist me. I was given a number and I sat down to wait. People came in and out, often times ignoring the kiosk to knock on the office door. Since there is nobody to provide customer service, I waited an hour before I was informed that even though I as there ten minutes before the appointment, I had been bumped to walk in status. No telling how much longer I would wait. Go to the other locations, this one is not worth your time.

Didn't get an appt, but got in fast! The person who drew my blood was very nice to talk to and she did an excellent job with drawing my blood. Pain-free, no buising, and fast.

The staff here is so sweet and helpful. The RN I worked with made me feel so relaxed after I mentioned being nervous about my bloodwork. The only thing is the address is wrong, it's accessed from W Pine, not Kingshighway. You could tell the poor guy at 40 Khwy had to repeat the directions all the time.

Everyone talks about the wait time, which is very true! They said they called me and no one ever did! I was sitting inside the waiting room the whole time. However, another big issue is the confusion with the address and the actual location. The address is an apartment building. There was no one at the front desk to open the doors. I finally decided to walk around the whole building and there it was on the West Pine side of the building. You have to walk up the driveway and to the right. The waiting room is nice and clean, but you have to wait for employees to come and call people back if you have any questions.

I had an appointment scheduled at 12:20 on a Wednesday. I checked in and saw that there was a queue of about 15-20 people still waiting for their appointment before me. I needed to have my test done that day so I decided to stick around and wait. I waited for 2 hours before they called my name. Then once I got back to the patient rooms I was informed that my prescription was not accepted at quest. The staff did let me call my doctor’s office and get a new prescription that they would accept. I am still waiting for my results but I do not understand why Quest would have time slots available if their workers are swamped and don’t have the staffing or resources to handle it. I was waiting around for 3 hours total, HUGE WASTE OF TIME!!!!

Terrible wait time checked in at 12:50 and didn't get called back yet its now 2:42. This is ridiculous. Even when they had down time before others came in those people on the stand by list never was called. Now my concern if I would still be able to get a drug test. This is ridiculous. It should be appt only since they dont work walk ins into the schedule. I asked a lady will I be seen she told me I would have to wait and see although its passed 2:30pm. Very unprofessional SMH. So im waiting to see.

The staff are nice and efficient but the waiting time is looong. it says you must make an appointment for this location and people still walk in and push everyone's times back. They need to have a SIGN NO WALK INS. Expect to wait up to 1 hour past your appointment time.

Don’t book here if you have any time restrictions. I booked a 12:20 appointment days in advance and arrived at 12:05. As of the time of writing at 12:55, I haven’t been seen yet. The other 12:20 appointment wasn’t taken back until 12:40. I booked specifically to be here on my lunch break to avoid getting in trouble at work and, unfortunately, will just have to get written up for taking a long lunch break. I understand getting behind and booked up, but 30+ minutes late for appointments feels very disrespectful towards customers.
