Tech was increidbly rude and short on any questions I asked. Refused to listen to anything or further read my doctor's orders. Tech did not change gloves prior to drawing my sample, after handling previous patient's forgetten phone. Overall extremely unprofessional.

My experience at quest with NITA today was so pleasant. She was professional, kind, and had a smile in her voice. A true human being. No phony bologna!!!! I loved that about her. Pure raw honesty. Thx NITA!!!

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a medical facility. I arrived at 9:27 for my 9:40 appointment. I checked in from the parking lot, as my appointment-reminder text instructed me to do. I was in the building by 9:30, and went to the restroom. I was in the waiting room by 9:32 at the latest. I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes and watched several people in the room get called to go in. I finally asked one of the phlebotomists (there was no receptionist to be found) when I was going to get called back, as my appointment was scheduled 30 minutes ago. She said they already called my name- I am assuming when I was in the restroom. I said I was in the restroom and asked when I would be able to go back. She said she would get me in a minute. I proceeded to watch 5 more people get called back. I explained the situation to another phlebotomist when she came out to get someone else, and she told me the same thing- she would get me in a minute. Again, 5 or 6 more people get called back. At this point I had been waiting for 45 minutes, and stood up to leave. A phlebotomist stopped me and asked when I was going, and I told her how frustrated I was. She then told me to “calm down” and someone would come get me. I was finally called back 5 minutes later. They then told me they didn’t have the order for half of my blood work. At that point I needed to get out of there and get to work, so I got half the blood work done and left. I called my doctor and she said she has submitted the order a week ago, and it was active. I was so frustrated by this entire situation. I will never go to Quest again if this is how they operate

I walked into Quest with my paperwork in hand after having a serious heart attack 10 days before. I easily checked in using their electronic check-in. Within 5-10 minutes I was called into get my blood work by Nita. Nita walked me back to a blood drawing station and immediately checked and rechecked my paperwork I was given by Doctors. Nita let me know that I had duplicate paperwork for one and that I could have been charged twice had we not caught it. Nita is an absolute angel because she kept me there until I completely understood all my paperwork because it was extremely important. She then went out and got my wife and brought her in and explained it again to her because she wanted us both to understand exactly what they meant. Nita caught the dates on my paperwork that I was there too early for and a duplicate blood order I was given. Thank you Nita, you made my day, I appreciate you very much, your caring & kindness are second to none. Great Work Nita!Mike B.

Let me tell you how hard it is to find this place!! The building doesn’t have a Quest logo out front. When you go inside, there’s still no Quest logo in the directory board. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! You have to go down to the lower level. When you get off the elevator, go to your left and sign in. Today, they had one kiosk for check in. The lab techs did their job. Was in and out. LITERALLY! No complaints there. But WOW

I use this location on Watson Rd. For all my blood work and have never had any issues and my experience has always been positive. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and they take time to answer any questions you may have and the process is quick and easy. Making an appointment online is easy peasy.

only reason this gets 2 stars is because I do think the staff were polite and it was clean. with that said, the lab didn’t even complete one of my tests because they let it expire (it was only good for 48 hours). So now I will have to get my blood drawn again and wait for test results again when I am in pain :/.

Rude staff berating clients refusing to do orders because they lack standard English skills to understand what draw by or prior to means. Opening yelling at clients that walk ins are not allowed but on corporates website states appointment recommended but walking allowed and will be given first available appointment. When they do stick you they case pain almost seems on purpose and are rude to people about it. This site needs a whole staffing overhaul. Mercy should kick them out of their building.

I had an appointment today. Was called exactly on time by my blood drawer Nita. She was kind and met my expectations for my blood draw and I would highly recommend her!

I wasn't sure what to expect after reading all of the terrible reviews, but I had a wonderful experience. I had an appointment, and I made sure to arrive 10 minutes before my appointment to check-in (via the user-friendly kiosks). I was in and out within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Ms. Nita helped me, and she was exceptional: kind, funny, and efficient. No complaints.

The check in stations were offline, there’s no Wi-Fi at the location, since the lab is in the basement there is no cell phone service, signing in manually on a clip board and the staff doesn’t follow the order people arrived, or honor online scheduled appointments. I consider myself lucky to have been seen over an hour after my scheduled appointment time. One poor gentleman had been waiting for over 3 hours. Never going back.

If I could go lower then one star , this facility would be in the negative. Nothing at that facility even remotely exercised any customer service. The system was down but they treated all customers like it was our fault. Needless to say I did not wait. I did not want someone with that bad of an attitude to poke me in the arm.

I had the order to make blood test before procedure, The nurse told me to walk into the Lab, I didn't know that she didn't make the schedule, on July 24, 2023, I walk in at 11am, and sign up on the board. the registration tablets were broken. Before me came a lady, and her father was waiting from 9 am till 11:15 am, that means over 2 hrs. his daughter was very upset, that her father wasn't be served. The same happens to me. I came in the waiting room at 11 am, and waited almost 2 hrs., everybody who came after me was taken in. there was a time that was only 4 people, who came after me. Then later when the lady from Lab called another person, I talk to the lab lady, that I'm waiting almost 2 hrs. We are sign in on the board, she should take people in line who sign in. But she just looks at me and said OK, and nothing change. After 2 hrs. waiting, I wasn't called in for the test. I left, I had enough to being ignored, and disrespected by the Lab staff. Maybe I shouldn't write this now, but I observed, thatall the patients before the men who was waiting 2 hrs. and before me, was an African /American, and was called in and the, other people were waiting, or even not served at all. Very sad and bad situation happens. No Star at all. If the staff doesn't like other color of skin, they should change profession or place to work. In the medical field especially, color of skin, gender, religion, etc. should have no place. Thank you.Patient.

The service was quick and easy, and the staff was really nice and helpful. It was my first time getting blood/urine work done and they helped me through it. Ypu sign in with a kiosk, which was really easy and your name appears on a TV. A lot of older individuals lost their mind because they had to use a kiosk. They were being ridiculous. Was in for 10 minutes and out. Pain free. Giggled the whole time with the servicer.
