I was introduced to Ray and the gang shortly after graduating high school,around 1992-93. I've never been a man of means but Ray has always treated me like family and I consider him a friend. His knowledge,as well as that of his staff and repair/installers are all top notch. When I spend money on electronics,whether home or car,I always place my trust in Quality. Anytime I've strayed it's been regretful. I have recommended Quality S&S many times over the years,and am proud to leave this referral today.

Company fails to assist customers in a timely fashison once purchase and installation of equiptment is performed. Not showing up when promised a service visit is one thing. Not even having the courtesy to contact the customer that no one is coming is absolutely deplorable and demonstrates zero customer service values.
